It would be helpful if you posted pictures of the oiled board so we could see each color, it’s hard to see at the end of the video
Loved it but would love to see the finished boards at the end or pics also there are a couple pigments missing so not "all" lol
One of the best videos on youtube, hands down. It was really easy to order the pigments after seeing this. Thank you!
Do you have pictures of the full colorboards anywhere?
JMD your a friggin genius…lol. Whole heartedly agree with the “legitimately the best idea”. Being color blind it is difficult to see the colors as they are. Making a color palette is ideal not only for me but for others to choose from. I have a little CNC label maker for the txt next to each pour. Nice job sir…
I love this it really helps wrap my head around the colors better
Oh my gosh, you're my hero. Thank you!
I just ordered the ghost pack. Excited to try ☺️
this is just the video i was looking for
Thank you for posting this video!!!! This is a very helpful and informative tool to have in my collection. If you do another one like this, could you please make just one minor change, which would be to show all the color names right side up to make it easier to read??
Super helpful for selecting epoxy colors. I forwarded it to my guy as a reference for future customers!
Awesome thank you!
Awesome video
so cool, so handy
Great video what was the mixing ratios for these colors?
do you have the completed boards online to view?
very helpful thank you. were you just applying the monocoat for the woods sake. i assume it has no effect on the epoxy once it is no longer sitting on the surface of the epoxy. am i incorrect?
This is a great video. What ratio of pigment did you use?
I love it ...
Let us know what your favourite pigment is!
Caribbean blue!
@@IIAFARII Great Choice!
Jeff, I want to know what your favourite colour is.
Thank you, Jeff. What did apply over the colors? Did you wait until they were dry? Also, I'm assuming that you put these pigments into epoxy. Any recommendation for epoxy? Thanks again!
Good morning! Any way to get my a close up look on all the different blues?
Are there photos of these boards anywhere for quick referencing? If like to order a couple pigments as soon as possible.
How much pigment per gallon of epoxy?
Im doing a floor and estimate 6 gallons for 312 square feet.
What primer for a concrete floor?
Thanks
Can you share with us pictures of the finish work
So beautiful and relaxing, by the way are all these from the micropigments or also liquid dyes?
These are all Mica Pigments. None of them are Liquid Pigments.
Hi, I really love what you did !! wich tool did you used to engraved words on wood ?
We used a laser to engrave the words.
Have you thought about making a 2021 version with some of their new colors?
I have thought about making a newer version but we just haven't found the time yet! Hopefully we can do it soon!
When using ecopoxy and Black Diamond pigments do you have issue with the color settling to the bottom? How do you keep the swirl patterns?
Hi Dave,
We never have issues with the pigments sinking in the epoxy. The swirl patterns happen naturally as the epoxy cures from the exothermic reaction.
Ok so now you need to post the link of where you sell these.
Hi, just watched a video 'How we colour our epoxy', (dated march/19), and they used a Black diamond product-- "Black Diamond Ghost Blue Pearl". Checked your site, Jeff, but couldn't see it available. Any idea when it's coming in?
subtle0savage it’s called “Ghost Blue” on the website
@@jeffmackdesigns Perfect, thanks!
Can you send pictures some over the names we could not see
At 7:05 what is that being applied? Varnish?
I love that diamond savage!! What brands are these pigments?
These are Black Diamond Pigments. They are available for purchase at www.jeffmacksupply.com
@@jeffmackdesigns sorry, but what chance is there for internacional shipping?

@@Alucardtv We don't ship to Argentina unfortunately. Sorry
@@jeffmackdesigns no big, man, thanks for replying!

Has this video been Color Graded? Because a lot of the colors look different than the ones I have in person.
We are sorry to hear that! We are working on an updated video shot in true sRGB standards to better represent our line of pigments. Stay tuned!
