    Thank you so much for joining me on this Yoga Nidra for sleep journey. As someone who has lived with insomnia for most of my adult life, I know how deeply you desire and deserve a restful night's sleep. I am truly honored to be your guide in helping you achieve the deep rest you need. I hope you enjoyed this practice and found it beneficial and supportive.
    Please know that I have more Yoga Nidra sleep meditations on my channel and available for download on my Shopify store. If this is your first practice and you did not fall asleep, please try this practice again. These practices can take time, as we are working on restoring and rewiring the neural pathways in the brain. I am just so grateful that you are here and thank you for taking the time to practice with me today. If you feel excited to practice with me in person, the School of Living Yoga is excited to announce our upcoming Yoga Nidra retreats in Portugal, Chile, and Costa Rica. Comment below if you would like to connect and learn more. With love and appreciation, Kristyn Rose

    Your beautiful meditations are a mainstay for this insomniac, so grateful to you. And thank you for dropping your voice more, lately, at the end of phrases, more restful to the listening ear.

      I am so pleased to hear that these sleep focused practices have been supportive for you Jessica. After living with insomnia myself for most of my adult life, on and off of a variety of prescriptions, Yoga Nidra has truly saved my life. I am so honoured to share it with you here. Thank you for being here. Namaste.

    Danke! ❤ Thank you, dear Kristyn Rose, from heart for your blessed Exercise with YOGA NIDRA for insonia relief 🌟🙏🌟!! This ist the first Yoga Nidra exercice that really is leading me to a deep sleep, without pain in my legs, the main cause of my insomnia, as the various Yoga Nidra, too short and too superficial, that I have practiced until now, only considered the fact of not fall asleep, without respecting the urgent need to sleep and resolve other parallel problems. Your exercise allows me to fall deeply asleep and eliminate the torturous pain that I have been having up until now. Your calm voice and the background music are also harmonious elements, which provide me with the stillness and rest that I was looking for. May you be abundantly blessed in all aspects of life! Thank you very much for the good relaxation and the regeneration of my health, which you offer through your wonderful work.❤

    Yoga nidra is not for sleeping

    • @dariq4891
      @dariq4891 2 дня назад

      Yoga in general is not for blanket statements and/or judgments. While it is true that yoga nidra practice is "not for sleeping," yoga nidra certainly helps many people fall asleep and sleep deeply. It is quite common for yoga nidra (which inherently includes the maintenance of a level of conscious awareness throughout a session) to help some people fall asleep. I am a registered yoga teacher, but I also have both narcolepsy and insomnia. Perhaps this makes me unusually comfortable with apparent paradoxes and in any case, I am always happy to be proven wrong. Namaste. 🙏
