I've always loved Scottish football. Ever since I was a kid, I've loved listening to the quirky names of teams on final score. Imagining what they look like, now thanks to you and the internet I know. Absolutely beautiful 👌
And Scottish football loves you Sam. 😊😊 Too see someone have so much passion and love for the country i was born in really means so much. Really classy as usual good sir.
Hey Sam. I know I comment almost every video and you probably wish I'd give you peace but this was excellent. The Hampden tour and museum really are brilliant and you more than did them justice here. As far as I know Hampden still holds every attendance record that the Maracana doesn't. Heard a lot about football memories and it sounds fantastic. I work with Autism but have never heard of Team United. Will definitely be giving it a look. Cheers for your enthusiasm for Scottish football. Keep up the fantastic work.
Hi Ross, not at all mate I love reading your comments. Thanks for being such a big supporter of the channel. Hampden is so cool and I'm really glad I finally got to go inside!!!
I went on a tour of Hampden on my 8th birthday, it was the first time I’d ever been (that I remember) and was just getting into football. I remember being amazed by the size of the stadium and the history of it all. I’m very lucky that I’ve had quite a large number of visits with Celtic, it’s an amazing historic stadium and every single time I go to a game there it feels like such an amazing special experience. Glad you got to experience it for yourself Sam 🏴💙
Ur such a legend man I love how ur respecting Scottish football it needs more respect fans are always brilliant thanks for respecting Scottish football seeing u excited for Scottish games makes me so happy
Love your videos and especially this one. Your passion for football really shines through. Will definitely have to go on this tour. Keep up the great work Sam 👍🙂⚽
Excellent video! Visited Hampden a few years ago to watch an international friendly, Scotland vs. Costa Rica I believe with Christian Gamboa who was with Celtic at the time. Unfortunately the museum was closed. Thanks for the video. No need to apologize for boring your viewers, trust me, you are not! It's the rich history of Scottish Football that brings us here.
Loving this video mate, I love the museum and been several times... Love the George Best Hibs shirt and Fulham contract in there too. What I love the most is just how much you love it :P
I watched a Queens Park match while on holiday as a teen in the 80's years before the stadium was redevelped. the terraces were massive and in those days capacity about 80 thousand. That match in the lowest Scottish league tier v St Johnstone had a crowd of well less than 1 thousand!
I never knew i needed this kind of content but i'm loving it. Really hope there are more Premier League matchday vlogs or maybe just maybe Laliga as well :DD
Great vlog Sam great tour and the museum is incredible. Just a wee fact I learned on one of the artifacts was a poster for forsyths 5 and 7 renfield street so done a bit of Google turns out what forsyths was....is now a Greggs
Haven't got the money, players and stadiums etc that you have, but the culture round it and the passion is immense. By culture I don't mean sectarianism. That's only the arse cheeks. The humour in it is also class. Love our game.
At 13:28 time frame there is a photo of a Patrick thistle player in red and yellow hoops is it donny McKinnon? Also so proud of the dementia and Alzheimer’s charities.
I’m a geordie but my grandad was Scottish and I’ve always felt more connection to Scotland then England. Love the fans they’re class 🏴🏴🏴
Another great video, it's a fantastic place and indeed it really does have a lot of rich history. It's a shame how much Scotland has been underachieving over the last few decades, but who knows, perhaps one day they'll begin producing the likes of Baxter, Johnston, Waddel again.
Great video. Can you please at some point do a detailed blog about my club Aberdeen FC it would be greatly appreciated also Dunfermline have a proud European history we need Scottish football to get glory nights back to the more provincial teams and help the Old Firm fly the Scottish flag proudly in European competitions
I think it gets about the respect it deserves I like Scottish football but when it came time to adapt they simply stood still and kept it a duopoly instead of running a league system that’s sensible. We then have the constant bile that’s allowed to exist every Saturday. Even on a footballing side again due to how leagues set up teams can’t compete properly in Europe so are knocked out at the earliest stages
Thanks for this wonderful video portraying the wonderful history of Scottish football, you're enthusiasm is very apparent and really helps to show Scottish football in a positive light. However, I was disappointed in the Larkhall video though, the flippancy with regards to the sectarian problem was ill conceived and failed to highlight what is Scotland's shame...a bit of background research would have helped your perspective...aside the criticism, keep up the great work .
Its nice to see someone from down south appreciate Scottish football..however its an immense minority. Seems to be most of our "neighbours" down in England will take the piss and mock our leagues no matter what we do.
Hey Sam did u know rangers would’ve of probably won the champions league in 1992/93 because ac Milan we’re really tired and they got to final and rangers played Marseille in semis but Marseille payed the refs and if that didn’t happen rangers probably would’ve got to final a beat ac Milan because they were so tired and rangers would’ve won the champions league
Respect is earned usually through the system of meritocracy, But for Scottish fitbaw to be demanding respect, kinda like your demanding child, when they need an arse skelping. Scotland International team is an absolute joke, but I'm not laughing
It wasn't always a poor standard though was it?When are people like you going to realise that Scotland is a small country with little or no money in the game. The teams and the leagues themselves do alright all things considered.People like you wouldn't know the first thing about Scottish football anyway...
@@neilmcilwrath5951 small country it’s not much smaller than England, and I wouldn’t want to know the first about Scottish football it’s not football at all.Celtic and rangers only two teams in it,and they both wouldn’t finish in the top 6 in England.
@@TheBatman9090 Behave yourself, you obviously don't know what you're talking about. There are more people living in London than the entire country of Scotland! And no they definitely wouldn't finish in the top 6 in the Premier League everyone knows that because of the financial differentiation between the 2 league's.But they're bigger than almost every club in the English Premier League.Celtic have around 54000 season ticket holders and Rangers 46000.And both clubs have around 20000 on their season ticket waiting lists.Talk a bit of sense man!
@@neilmcilwrath5951 just because rangers and Celtic’s have a waiting list for season tickets dosent make it a good league it’s still a poor standard of football.

Are you going to Scotland Vs Denmark on the 15th of November ?
Why Sid they reduce capacity so drastically. could have got a few more seats in those big empty spaces between pitch and stands.
Any plans for Ayrshire derby?
Yes!!!
I'm sure that scottish football is the most attended per capita on the planet.
Love for you to go to Fort William fc
Sir Sean Connelly team was Bonnyrigg Rose
