The love of his past life that he could not remember may have faded away before his eyes, but in his arms was left a new life he would love just as much and one he will never forget.
And what's even more heartbreaking is that Stalker might have only realized that Jade was his lost love right as she fading away from him. Beautifully written btw!
The reason why other factions have it is likely that the grinner stole it from the corpus and the infected gained it when they infected those with the jade light
There is/was a couple other small Stalker/Jade details that happened after the quest, albeit in a limited time event. First was Ordis arranging a burial for Jade, taking all her fragments, keeping them from the Corpus, and yeeting them into the sun. The other was at Drifter's camp, where you could look up at a hill and see Stalker and his kiddo in the distance... stalking you.
Most people who don't know basically just assume that "tenno" is the name of the warframe faction same as like corpus or grineer which is why its common for people to refer to frames as tenno or the tenno. Also the stalker no longer being in shadow stalker mode most likely happens during the second dream when we break "war" in half and cause the stalker to poof away
One of my fondest memories of Warframe ever was playing with a friend who was newer to the game and had never been attacked by The Stalker, never received the mail, ect. I saw the lights flicker and went into panic mode (this was back when Stalker was a team wiping threat lol) and my buddy was thinking I was playing a joke on him all the way up until I heard him go 'wait who's that guy DID HE JUST SLASH DASH ME!?' So yeah we managed to kill him after a whole lot of panicked yelling and frantic dive rolling and such but I almost died because I couldn't stop laughing at the situation.
Corg. your reaction to what ballas did seemed to be half the community's. 'Hey Wally. Lemme know what the hell I'm supposed to do for you so we can patch thigns up. I wanna go ballas murdering....and personally delete him from /EVERY/ timeline..... All of them. How do we make that happen?' Also gurentee. If it got out anyone were hunting Stalker's kid? Ordis: Oh look Operator THEY WANT TO DIE.
The moment someone tries messing with stalker’s kid, he’s gonna turn around and see 26 million former rivals all at arms, simultaneously blasting a 4billion decibel “WHERE???”
Would love to see a moment where umbra alone finds stalker and the kid, and they start to bond over there similarities, and that can lead to stalker being a permanent ally, umbra knows empathy, by now at least, he knows that stalker was traumatized by ballas, and now that he’s recovered, he’s trying to figure out who he is, while at the same time, being a protective figure over a child, there story’s are almost exactly alike in a way
Why is stalker the most fleshed out tragic, well told, human story out of all the characters. Me playing this game for over a decade never saw that coming. I went from hating stalker for ruining my games when I was a teenager, to finding him badass and cool, to sympathizing with him over the course of over 10 years.
After looking through his story, he is truly one of the most dynamic characters in the game in terms of how many changes he has gone through, and I am here for it.
25:55 personally i like to imagine that theres a little but of the original jade left in the copies due to us needing vestigial motes to craft it, and when stalker shows up she scolds him like an angry wife

No joke you are one of my favorite lore channels to go watch for warframe. You tell the stories so will and adding abit of comedy to break up the dark dark lore this game had is also so nice. Makes taking in all this info fun and the skits always help me remember things.
please keep doin videos like this theres not a lot of people who cover warframes lore anymore and you cover every bit and ive been watching every video you drop on warfame since i found your yt video on the frames lore
Jade was the guardian angel, Umbra is the avenger, and Stalker is now the father he never thought he would be, fulfilling Jade’s dying wish. Warframe truly is a grim dark, but badass universe! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Btw, your random edits with that scream sound effect catches me off guard every time I watch this. 🤣🤣

Im gonna be honest... Jade's and Stalker's story is the most beautiful i've ever seen in a video game.. And the fact that is not some AAA game is beyond crazy.
One thing I noticed about The Stalker is: after the initial break-in he never really tries to go after the Operator *for realsies,* again. Just randomly attempt to avenge Phorid manifestations and Jackal prototypes on what he knows to effectively be their psychic mechs. I think on some level he's somewhat uncomfortable with knowing who he's been trying to forcibly unsubscribe from Life Magazine, and is more going through the motions and take it out on their equipment than necessarily trying to *win* against them.
this is some of the freshest warframe fan content ive seen in a long while and im in love!! you, my good sir, are so entertaining in both your speech and editing (for real that little gas station bit had me goofy smiling) i'm looking forward to the next video!
25:32 Yeah that baby is really safe but if any faction somehow gets the baby Stalker will stop at nothing to get his baby back and will definitely be very pi$$ed off and probably even get some Tenno to help him so if any faction does get the baby they’ll then have to deal with an Enraged Stalker and a Tenno
I would argue the reason why other factions can wield the Jade light is that Parvos sold the equipment to them, because though he is a super capitalist he is at least a lawful super capitalist and practices what he preaches which is basically earning profit.
The fact that stalker is still attacking us and he has a bankai now, he is just saying "you will pay for random boss name" and I am like bro why do you even care.
I'm hoping that in the future, his reasoning for showing up is to keep us on our toes, like as a tough love way of training us since he knows now that taking down a Warframe won't stop them.
Personally feel like this is just for gameplay reasons (i.e. a way for players to farm hate, dread and despair) but yeah it really no longer makes sense. "Stalker bro, your baby needs a diaper change" "I am your reckoning!" Really hope they change it and make a different way to get his weapons.
Great video! Also just to mention it: The orokin had the Jade light before the warframes. In the Simaris-Text about the Sentients they mention having it and they also killed Margulis with it. Sorry to be that guy... Also also: I really like Hunhow. Even in Natah he was very caring at least towards the Lotus. And his reminder that he is still "the great and terrible" Hunhow felt so much like a grumpy grandpa trying to no smile when giving a chrisman present to the children.
No you're totally good! This is actually really good information because you are right. I was already aware of the previous uses of the Jade Light, but I failed to connect that Warframes were only created because of the Sentients, and the Jade Light was used during that one Sentient creation story which would have been way before Jade became a thing. So I guess in that case, Jade was used to either power up the Jade Light, or used to operate it, and maybe her tech was modeled based off of the Jade Light in that case. Great addition to the library! And same I like grumpy grandpa Uncle too.
The Feared executioner of the 7 Golden lords from a solar conquered system, whom might be the one responsible overseeing the execution of marguillis and her moody pookie boy wife.
Yo you're right! WAIT, that means that Jade (a tragic mother), might've taken the life of Margulis (another mother, but of the Tenno). That's is many layers of messed up.
I think our relationship with Jade is more similar to that of Umbra since from Ordis's dialogue it implies it is and is not the same Jade it is the same Jade but with us or something similar to that not a copy since Ballas in the sacrifice makes a similar distinction with us and Umbra accept she just has the warriors rest augment always on also we build both of them in a similar manner umbra samples from him with his fight with Ballas and Natah and also residue from his cage and the codex thing in the quest and we get Jades parts by getting her motes(if your not lucky enough to get it) or a peace of her was still there (you get a peace from a drop)
What I think is really cool is that this child could be a new Warframe, we could see the formation of a new Warframe by watching one grow up throughout storylines. And this wouldn’t be a Warframe we could control. It would be a living Warframe, like the stalker. One that is afffected by the helmet strain from birth
A father will sacrifice anything and everything for their wife and children , a mother would sacrifice herself and everything she owns for the ones she cares for
Oh Man, congratulations for such a great video! And your work in general. This was such a beautiful and sad story that can bring anyone to tears, and this video causes the same effect!!
Hey man, This is the first video I watched in your channel and I just want you say, You did a very good job at keeping me sat down and focus. I will stick for more
and after this quest when you're previously bought something from Ordis when special event released with Jade Shadows update, Protector Stalker will watch you from afar on top of the hill with his child in hand and will dissappear soon after.
I love the Stalker and Jade, like there's this antithesis to us, who when told to stop will, only if temporarily, and then theirs a woman who clearly has a pained past but doesn't take action on her assailants. Although I did complete Jordas today and the stalker literally sends me his email, you know for stopping a grave mind wrapped around the back half of a ship.
One must appreciate how the writing of this game improved over time. It all started a bit rough, but now with TNW and Jade Shadows, it feels like one of the best video game stories to me. DE is really good at teasing bits of the story for years. I wonder if we'll ever learn more details about Stalker's perspective on his history, on his origins and his transformation.
Also, a point that many missed with Stalker and the newborn Warframe infant, is DE deliberately dropped this quest on Father's Day. That's some advanced 4D Komi level strategizing right there.
I had forgotten about that since it happened a while ago but that is a great detail! I wonder if anyone had any theories related to that when it dropped lol

I dont enjoy YT videos or at least dont find them too entertaining these days, but i actually enjoy your content not just because its warframe related, but because the content is actually good.❤

Well atleast the baby has an army of tenno uncles and aunties to protect him
Note that in the drifter's camp Ordis will sell Jade's parts and weapons on the left of the camp from KAHL, if you talk do him as Jade stalker will appear in the camp with his child watching over Jade.
also if you buy something from Ordis there
lol the doubletake stalker did when you are talking with hunhow made me laugh...and the jade story made me cry =/ this games such a roller-coaster sometimes
TL;DR: it's all Ballas' fault
That's pretty much warframe's past and why all of this happened, because a megamind rip off was a creep and a control freak
Warframe's lore in a nutshell
That’s just every warframe story lol
I can only imagine what father/son bonding time looks like. Im thinking mini versions of hate, dispair and dread, lessons on the ways of angst (the emotion not the subordinate), and possibly going to see that new boyband the back sector boils.
I hope DE drops a short story or something about it next Father's Day.
that's a nice boyband name alr
At this point im expecting our soon to be dating sim update to end tragically.
Wally's gonna take over whoever we choose at the last instant I'm betting lol
@@corgthemighty oh he totally would 😭
If you look at Aoi's vessels: they all look like they're struggling, usually trying to stay out of Wally's grasp
I mean... they eventually become Warframes... not much of a happy ending in the cards for them anyway...
Patrick: "Jeez, what's one relationship that ends in tragedy?"
Spongebob: *Jade and Stalker* "Mm?"
Patrick: "That's really not a lot..."
Spongebob: *Dagath and her owners* "Mmm!?"
Patrick: "Uhh...."
Spongebob: *loid and albrecht* "MMMM!?"
*Belric and Rania* *"MMMM!?"*
*Motions outside window*
*Patrick looks out hesitantly*
*LOTUS AND BALLAS*
"For now the Stalker's just chilling on the moon..." Except when he decides to come and see what the Tenno and Ordis do with Jade's Vestigial Motes at the Drifter's Camp.
I love how of the icons you showed for the Stalker's weapons, Despair was the only one without the mastery icon on it
*nervously looks over* Why'd you have to call me out like that lol
The love of his past life that he could not remember may have faded away before his eyes, but in his arms was left a new life he would love just as much and one he will never forget.
And what's even more heartbreaking is that Stalker might have only realized that Jade was his lost love right as she fading away from him. Beautifully written btw!
@corgthemighty Thanks! Figured I should put my best foot forward, considering DE clearly put their hearts into this one.
The reason why other factions have it is likely that the grinner stole it from the corpus and the infected gained it when they infected those with the jade light
I can definitely see that being the case!
Wait what your kidding he at the camp
You can still see the stalker: every time you purchase anything from ordis, the stalker will show up until you move your camera away
So. Ballas is cringe? That's what I'm getting from this. Damn you Ballas for making a tragedy that brung me to tears!
Ballas is the absolute worst.
If anything's wrong it's 99% ball ass' fault
Ballas is Cringe Prime
Most people who don't know basically just assume that "tenno" is the name of the warframe faction same as like corpus or grineer which is why its common for people to refer to frames as tenno or the tenno.
Also the stalker no longer being in shadow stalker mode most likely happens during the second dream when we break "war" in half and cause the stalker to poof away
He still remains as shadow stalker until you complete jade shadows, so I guess hunhow made him another war?
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO
SAME HERE!!!
One of my fondest memories of Warframe ever was playing with a friend who was newer to the game and had never been attacked by The Stalker, never received the mail, ect.
I saw the lights flicker and went into panic mode (this was back when Stalker was a team wiping threat lol) and my buddy was thinking I was playing a joke on him all the way up until I heard him go 'wait who's that guy DID HE JUST SLASH DASH ME!?'
So yeah we managed to kill him after a whole lot of panicked yelling and frantic dive rolling and such but I almost died because I couldn't stop laughing at the situation.
That is an absolutely amazing story! Thank you for sharing it, I wish I could have been a fly on the wall to hear that go down.
I've been playing warframe for about 5 years now and I've received more lore from you than I have ever from the actual game keep this up
Glad I could help and I hope your grind continues well!
This was incredible. You're the best lore channel 😊
Corg. your reaction to what ballas did seemed to be half the community's.
'Hey Wally. Lemme know what the hell I'm supposed to do for you so we can patch thigns up. I wanna go ballas murdering....and personally delete him from /EVERY/ timeline..... All of them. How do we make that happen?'
Also gurentee. If it got out anyone were hunting Stalker's kid?
Ordis: Oh look Operator THEY WANT TO DIE.
Honestly, I'd make a deal with Wally to make that happen. lmao
The moment someone tries messing with stalker’s kid, he’s gonna turn around and see 26 million former rivals all at arms, simultaneously blasting a 4billion decibel “WHERE???”
Would love to see a moment where umbra alone finds stalker and the kid, and they start to bond over there similarities, and that can lead to stalker being a permanent ally, umbra knows empathy, by now at least, he knows that stalker was traumatized by ballas, and now that he’s recovered, he’s trying to figure out who he is, while at the same time, being a protective figure over a child, there story’s are almost exactly alike in a way
Okay, seriously. It's been two months and your recap of Jade Shadow's brought back every break that quest broke me with. Damnit man...
YES!!! FEEL EMOTION!!!
I would love that interaction to get get fully voice acted lol
Stalker spawn in see a Copy of Jade"
"you know what, this is not worth the extra mental trauma, ill just leave this here and dip..."
"Leave while giving the double bird."
No joke you are one of my favorite lore channels to go watch for warframe. You tell the stories so will and adding abit of comedy to break up the dark dark lore this game had is also so nice. Makes taking in all this info fun and the skits always help me remember things.
I'm so glad to hear that! Here's to many more!
please keep doin videos like this theres not a lot of people who cover warframes lore anymore and you cover every bit and ive been watching every video you drop on warfame since i found your yt video on the frames lore
Oh absolutely! I want this to be a really long-term thing for me.
Jade was the guardian angel, Umbra is the avenger, and Stalker is now the father he never thought he would be, fulfilling Jade’s dying wish. Warframe truly is a grim dark, but badass universe! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Btw, your random edits with that scream sound effect catches me off guard every time I watch this. 🤣🤣
I enjoyed all of your lore videos they are amazing, btw the little back and forth between the character's when you play them is really entertaining it adds a layer of comedic relief that many facts stuttering dry as brickwall lore videos lack
Keep doing these fabulous videos but don't overwork yourself, thanks for the good times
Greetings from Germany :D
Hallo ich bin Corg (that's about all I remember from my German lessons lol)
Glad to have you and glad you're enjoying the vids!
oh hell yeah the stalker video-
When you said “yes you can stop at the gas station” I was NOT expecting to actually see the background being a gas station lmao. Awesome editing.
This is the type of commentary I want on all my lore explanations, dubbed
Hell yeh, i thought we weren’t gonna get any more of these for a minute, psyched. Love this series dude
I fear for the first villain to try something. They are going to get laid out.
@@corgthemightythat would make an interesting story and mission
@@darkreflection9087 Please no, let stalker raise his child in peace, Umbra lost his son to Ballas's crap and that is enraging enough. 😪
Finally, I can live in peace yet again!
Until the fire nation attacks.
Great video!
First lore frame I actually watched with interest start to finish!
Love to hear that! Glad you enjoyed!
Man i just LOVED to see ballas getting pierced by umbra
Honestly need a 10 hour video of just that.
I would argue the reason why other factions can wield the Jade light is that Parvos sold the equipment to them, because though he is a super capitalist he is at least a lawful super capitalist and practices what he preaches which is basically earning profit.
I love how the corpus notice stalker holding the baby and stop firing on him and allow him to pass
"Stalker bro, your baby needs a diaper change"
"I am your reckoning!"
Really hope they change it and make a different way to get his weapons.
I really liked this story, genuinely teared up reading the little story that appears in the memorial next to teshin after you finish the quest.
Ballas after seeing a loving family and a pregnant mother : "We do a little trolling"
And one that could help us fight in future missions alongside his father. A little Warframe family!
bro youve been killing it recently, im definitely your new fan
Your comedy is absolutely on POINT. Love these videos, keep it up man! :D
Thank you so much Wolf!
A father will sacrifice anything and everything for their wife and children , a mother would sacrifice herself and everything she owns for the ones she cares for
I've seen your videos, but this is the one that made me sub. You won my guy.
Oh Man, congratulations for such a great video! And your work in general.
This was such a beautiful and sad story that can bring anyone to tears, and this video causes the same effect!!
That quest......brought me to tears.......that....is an accomplishment.
The freaking music hit so hard.
@corgthemighty Oh uh holy sh!t I was not expecting you to reply.
@@Scarecrow-3238 EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED *throws can of beans at you*
Beautifully summarized bro
love your lore vids dawg! helped me get into WF as i am starting
That's awesome! Any favorite characters or moments so far?
Hey man, This is the first video I watched in your channel and I just want you say, You did a very good job at keeping me sat down and focus. I will stick for more
This channel is criminally underrated
and after this quest when you're previously bought something from Ordis when special event released with Jade Shadows update, Protector Stalker will watch you from afar on top of the hill with his child in hand and will dissappear soon after.
Another amazing video and once again I didn’t skip a single second of your video
WTF why is the stalker so sad, I just got goosebumps
I did the quest right before watching this and... yeah, many tears. I cried, I am not ashamed!
That's awesome! Never be ashamed of crying especially when playing through such a beautiful quest!
I laughed at 10:45 because Mag having a can, my brain went in two directions: can of whoopass and can of beans. It compromised and said “can of whoopass beans”
I honestly just thought up the first funny metal weapon I could think of, so I gave her that imagining her flinging it around with her abilities to wack the Dax lmao
Warframe is the only game to both not to take itself seriously by following through with "pregnant warframe" and take itself seriously by making us players invested in it!
Its so wild how theres a pregnancy minigame in Warframe and its still a top tier quest and really emotional and well written
I love that stalker has such a cool design and back story I just wish he was an actual threat
Ballas: "You will never have your child!"
Jade: "Aight, bet." *Gives birth to what is essentially an anomaly.*
Based.
I dont enjoy YT videos or at least dont find them too entertaining these days, but i actually enjoy your content not just because its warframe related, but because the content is actually good.❤
The TFS reference is just gold, good sir!
Fun fact, Jade's scream while they're flying away is also TFS Vegeta screaming after Gohan stole the dragonballs on Namek, so you got two references in there!
"I am incapable of saying no."
I literally could not function for a whole minute after that.
