It was the clan event Belly of the Beast when the Jade Shadows quest ended, this video is from almost a year ago. That event introduced the gamemode Ascension in Uranus from where you can farm the resource to get Jade (Ordis now is in the Drifter Camp, to the left of where Kahl and the others are, in front of a fence)
This was a limited time event. If you were participating the event. you would have exclusive lines of what ordis would be saying. I don't remember the lines for each but if you were a normal Warframe, ordis would be happy to see you helping jade's legacy from Corpus's greed of the 'Jade Eximus' project in which it failed to do so thanks to everybody collecting the pure essence of Jades remains before Corpus tried to but failed miserably. If you finished the Stalker quest and enter the drifter's hideout. Ordis could be seen at the edge of the cliff and you can give him regular essence of jades remains in exchange of Jades set or Arcanes.
