- I’ve started building on a dedicated spot for my iPad in my Home studio setup. I decided to start off with the basics and try out a few products along the way. Here’s what I have in my setup so far.

Thank you brother. Definitely helpful. You said something key. Pulling the desktop production, keyboards, and iPad together without a mess of wires all over the place is most desirable to me too. I know there is the iconnectivity 4c to connect an ipad with a desktop but, I haven't been able to get any information on the convertors or preamps on that thing. Aside from that, you would think that more companies would address it. But, thank you again for thorough explanations and your honesty.
Yeah I definitely struggle with cable management but seems as a musician there’s not many ways around it

How do the minilab3 knobs and sliders integrate with ipad apps? Are they intuitive? And does any instrument name come out of the screen when its used with ipad instruments?
I use a Yamaha MG10 so that I can have my turntable, groovebox and synths all connected to ipad and MacBook to record into Logic. I use an Xkey Air or Launchpad Pro Mk3 for midi.
I’ve been tempted to shell out and make a setup like this but I think it’s more important to work on writing the music first, otherwise it’s a waste of money
i got ipad pro 12,9 , the big one and m audio 192|8 audio interface and yamaha hs5 studio monitors , i was wondering if i can use this setup with an xlr mic to use also my ipad to produce music , also my little brother wants a setup like this to sing , karaoke style with good quality. can you do a video about this and show how to make thi work please?
Hi, Im trying this same setup for live purposes. But before I upgrade to Minifuse 4. can you show how many output options we have on logic pro?
I recently bought a focusrite solo but turns out it only has output 1/2 and headphones is the same.
wondering if minifuse will have options for dynamic routing

How did you get the audio fuse to work with the iPad. My inputs and 3-4 outputs don’t work and my headphone lights keep blinking.

Do you get the full effects of the Arturia keyboard with the iPad
On some daws you can. Like Beatmaker 3 I’m able to map just about everything to whatever. I haven’t taken the time to try it mapped with anything else yet. Just using it as I need it
When I hook up my sound mixer to my iPad via the USBC cord and it wont record sound at all. But works fine on my Samsung tablet. It’s super frustrating to have a tablet that doesn’t let me use any of my music equipment with it, am I doing something wrong?
What are your devices and what is your process?
@@BrandonRico not much of a process I’m pretty brand new to this all. I have the iPad 11 pro, the Live Sound Card someone gave my by RHM. Let’s me hook up a sound track, mic, headset that I then connect to the iPad USBC port. No sound at all. Not from mic or backtrack. Maybe the RHM isn’t compatible?
