One of the best videos I've seen on the complete summary of an Otter in Skydiving.

Awesome video about the Twin Otter! Awesome skydiving plane! I'm gonna fly the beast some day. Ferry Pilot was an awesome read as was Dangerous Flights! Can't wait for your next book! Hope to skydive with you in 2024! Blue skies!

Love the Twin Otter! Kerry's book "Ferry Pilot" is amazing by the way.

Interesting to see the pilot's business during a jump run. He's doing important work while we're giving each other the secret handshake. 🤪 Thanks for sharing!

I always like it when the jumper up front gives me the secrete handshake too!

Wait, you descend with feathered props? I'd thought that max rpm would slow it down more in idle?

I’ve seen many other jump pilots immediately push the nose over and do 5000ft/min (tis a guess) to get down to the ground. Hell they’re passing the skydivers sometimes. Why not do that? You don’t have to worry about shocking the engine if it’s a turbine right?
