@Christopher Tone 😒 Nelson lost me for real with that "aliens 😱& cookies" 💩! He really thought he was clever. The 9 year old girl even knew that Chauvinist 🐷👮🏼‍♂️should've got off of a defenseless/pulse-less/powerless man. George's scars to his face, fingers and left shoulder said it ALL!!! I didn't see pics of his wrists. I can imagine they were injured from the small cuffs and the tension of Chauvin/Kueng! How in God's name can you sit ontop of him, as he pleaded, mocking, picking a pebble from the car tire and complaining of George's feets smelling? REALLY? They deserve (NO MERCY) in sentencing and have 3 grown men do the same to them! I would've definitely been a "fired rookie" that day!!!

but im pretty sure an able body man can last with 9 minutes and 29 seconds with a knee on their neck and shoulders(please note that when i say shoulder there was a body cam video where it looked like he was on his shoulder instead of his neck). I believe its not murder because it wasnt proven beyond a reasonable doubt. there might of been other factors that lead to his death. like for example his drug addiction. dont pick and choose which parts of the evidence what evidence you want to believe in. because its all there and murder is basically chauvin had intent to kill him. while this isnt the case because george floyd asked them if they were going to shoot him and they both said no. so its not murder my guy

Get a 6"4 223lb person on the floor in handcuffs and in the prone position with 3 people of same weight and height as the cops on top of him. Specially a person that has the same weight and height as Derek Chauvin with that person's knee on the person's neck that is on the floor for 9 minutes and 30 seconds. The person on the floor can confirm if he has difficulty breathing. Case closed! However, having said that, Mr. Floyd yelled out 27 times "I can't breath." Similarly, Eric Garner yelled out 11 times "I can't breath "! And Eric had no drugs in his system. Point being, if someone is yelling out more than 10 times "I can't breath," you should probably let go of their neck!

      A couple of points.
The defense proved that the original video had a visual anomaly and that the bodycam footage actually shows chauvin on his back, not neck.
Flloyd died of something concerning the heart, not asyphixiation nor was there evidence of the throat being damaged in the autopsy.
In additonal footage that came out, flloyd was saying "I can't breathe" before being put on the ground and asked to be put on the ground.

@@thepastaprogenitor851 So what you're saying is, if that was your son or loved one underneath those cops you wouldn't have any issue with the way they handled the situation and Mr. Floyd? What is the excuse on Eric Garner's case? He was also choked to death. And like I said, if a person is telling you "I can't breath" 27 times, asking for water and to stand up, in addition stating "I will comply," but Mr. Chauvin and the other officers do not get off of him. Mr. Floyd goes unconscious for more than 3 minutes until the paramedics arrive and no aid is provided by the cops, isn't that negligence? Doesn't really matter now, Mr. Chauvin was found guilty on all 3 counts by 12 of our fellow citizens who saw and heard all of the evidence in this case.

    • @thepastaprogenitor851
      @thepastaprogenitor851 3 года назад +2

I'd have issue w/ my son overdosing and dying from it.
There is no excuse in eric's case. I agree, it was undeniably murder. My point is that these cases are different because chauvin's isn't so clear cut.
George never asked to get up, he asked to be put down and he was saying he couldn't breathe before he was on the ground. Personally, I think that you'd have to give evidence of unknowable intent in that case; it could be that they knew it was drug-related or it could be negligence. I just don't know.
I believe those citizens were convinced by the riots, not the evidence. Let me turn a hypothetical on you: if you thought convicting one man, innocent or not, would quell riots that would kill dozens, would you care about the evidence.

@@thepastaprogenitor851 Did you watch the trial? I was "glued" to the trial through the HLN network. Mr. Floyd did acknowledge to the older gentleman that was telling him "you can't win." Mr. Floyd acknowledged he knows and asked to stand up, but Mr. Floyd said "I can't move, my stomach hurts..., etc." My biggest issue is that Mr. Floyd yelled out 27 times "I can't breath", regardless if he said it before being taken down, that is more of a reason to be concern and provide aid. But, to keep 3 grown men on top of someone that is yelling 27 times "I can't breath," and not moving a finger is negligence. As far as your "conspiracy theory" on the riots, is happen so many times in which cops were clearly negligent (Eric Garner, Rodney King, etc.) and riots happened. It didn't change the verdict with the cops being found not guilty. The entire world saw the George Floyd incident. I believe this is why there was so much outrage from the public. After being told George had no pulse, the officer kept doing it, even when paramedics arrived, until they took over (which was too late, he was already dead) he utilized every second he could to make sure he was dead. I have never seen a murder case so open and shut, with so many witnesses.

I cant help but think we as a society has allowed this to evolve not only in law enforcement but in our govt in general. It is happening daily at all levels and we as Americans are so busy earning a living we ignore it. It's time to wake up america. Abuse of authority needs to cease at ALL levels, now.

After passing counterfeit money at that store the 2nd time that day the kid came out 2 times asking for the cigarettes back so he wont lose mon.y from his check. Floyd twice told the kid no probably because the fake $20 paid for his pills. Wonderful guy taking from a kids paycheck. Floyd then passed out in the car with his drug dealer. He then swallowed pills in the car and resisted arrest. He resisted getting in the police car. He pushed himself out and asked to be on the ground. He kicked officers while on the ground. This situation was caused by Floyd and changing from that position was delayed by the crowd and Floyd's resisting.

Extremely good chance that Chauvin is acquitted. There is A LOT of reasonable doubt as to what actually killed Floyd(He was a ticking time bomb). Heart Disease, CoVid, 3 times the lethal dose of Fentanyl, Methamphetamines, physical restraint.
I do see Maurice Hall getting charged with 3rd degree murder. He was the one that supplied Floyd with the Fentanyl.

The video no where near says it all. That is one piece of the evidence. There is a lot in this cade that contributes to reasonable doubt. Floyd has a heart condition, had lethal levels of meth and fentanyl in his system, was saying he can’t breathe before he was on the ground, fentanyl was found in the car with his dna on it, he is on the ground saying what appeared to the witness to be “I ate to many drugs”, and more. Reasonable doubt has been presented in this case. You are bias and that prevents you from seeing the whole picture. He shouldn’t have stayed on his neck that long and it was awful for him to do so, but that doesn’t mean he was directly responsible for his death.

    • @Maggie996

@ʙᴜɴᴅᴇꜱᴡᴇʜʀᴘɪʟᴏᴛ yeah sure I love to, for one they were incompetent because they fail to humanize and present tangible facts to a jury and a world that has seen the full video of George Floyd's murder. There was no connection to the humanity of the defendant and the response to his actions, it made him seem heartless and cruel which is the opposite of what you want to convey to an already biased group of individuals that has seen the actual evidence on video. They also failed to bring in a creditable medical examiner that actually examined George Floyds corpse as regards to what caused his death. The consequence of not having this is pretty impactful because it gives no reason for anyone to believe that he died from respiratory failure due to drugs or a pre-existing medical condition, because the lack of credibility as opposed to the opposing medical examiner who has conducted an autopsy on the physical body seems more credible. Also, from what I've heard they've only had seven people to testify for the defendant in regards to a case that has hit international news. That just won't cut it, reason being is because all accounts from the opposing side had more of a persuasive impact on the jury rather than on the other side which results in a demolish of characteristic and empathy for that said client.
