Caught your comment,
Goddamn right!
Full length Bon Iver concerts are what keeps me going.
for real
Check out colour of sound gig ruclips.net/video/73jCMHgz_Zo/видео.html
they are for the people
Going for what?
@@krcak42 So real... because I came from actually seeing a never before seen footage of Jeff BUckley (for me) and Bon Iver is getting up there. Dude just needs to stay alive and make music.
715 - CR∑∑KS has become *the* show-stopping song to witness live. The crowd's silence tells it all.
Was there, can confirm, it was fucking amazing.
Imagine being an italian guy, and waiting years for a Bon Iver concert in Italy until you get one, in a stunning castle, go there, and have the PERFECT show spoiled by the dumb italians that never stopped yelling at each other, jumping at each other, even during creeks and hey ma, even when mr. Vernon told a very polite Thank you for listening mid-concert, to a crowd of yelling monkeys.
I'd love to see a proper Bon Iver concert, man.
i cried
@@FreyAlena
was that in Verona back in 2019?@@tizianoonaizit2994
@@tizianoonaizit2994damn rough!
This rivals the NPR live show. Props to the sound engineer who helped record this.
It’s close AF
The NPR shows been my go-to for the longest time, but this is absolutely gorgeous too
I remember hearing Bon Iver for the first time back in the Skinny Love days and thinking "this dude's a solid singer songwriter" . He has since proven to be in a league of his own, the dude is a straight-up musical genius. I feel like him and Sufjan are just at the top of the game in terms of creative ,innovative music.
Totally, I'm just finished with this concert and going straight to the 20min long Impossible soul live recording of Sufjan
Yesss sufjan!
Yeah I saw Bon iver at the 2009 pitchfork festival and then the next year Justin was on Kanye’s album it was kinda weird to see him blow up like that.. as far as progression goes him and sufjan are really the only relevant ones left from that era
I thought he was a folk singer when my friend brought me to the concert, I had only heard skinny love and a few other songs..... It was like finding out your coffee table could walk around and was dating your sister.
Perth into Blood Bank made me shed a tear
Oh yeah that was happening frequently
Bro jelmore sounds like absolute beautiful chaos
Nigga harmonized his voice with the guitar… NASTY!!!!!
Justin is at that moment of his life where he made great art and money enough and he is focusing on delivering the best concert possible every new tour
Creeks was just unbelievable - gives me chills every time hearing it
Being there live, that song was just perfection. Easily the greatest live music experience I have ever seen. Cannot wait for the next tour
I’ve watched this somewhere between 22 and a million times. Thank you.
What sorcery have I stumbled across?
This is magic.
Welcome to the bright side - loving Bon Iver!!! Justin’s music changes you and his performances never disappoint.
God damn it that version of Hey ma is unbelievable
Jenn is such an amazing fit. Brought the whole experience up a level. I hope she stays for awhile cant wait to hear new music from these geniuses.
They really make an incredible pair live, Jenn and Justin do
What's her full name?
@@dianalaura9137 Jenn Wasner : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jenn_Wasner
We from Baltimore are quite proud of Jenn and Andy as well as Victoria and Alex.
@dianalaura9137 I believe it is Jenn Wasner. She has other bands Wye Oak and Flock of Dimes. She's an incredible musician.
Every time i hear Holocene.... it's like the first time. Every time. Magic.
This version of 715 CREEKS was mezmerizing. If I saw this live I would be brought to tears
I was in the crowd and I was sobbing UNCONTROLLABLY into my bfs arms. This show was unreal...
The kid standing next to me in the front row, 15 years old, absolutely sobbed his soul out to this. I sobbed too but not like that. Like I think he left his body for real. This show was incredible!
I saw him last night in Utah. I've never cried during a concert, but I did during this song. I felt embarrassed, but everyone else around me was crying too.
I have been to many concerts and never shed a tear until that night during creeks.
I was in the front row at their duluth show in august, the first date of their current tour. Not only was everyone sobbing during creeks, but justin himself broke down and struggled to get through the song. Greatest concert I’ve ever been to
715 Creeks makes me tear up every time
Holy hell - that version of Heavenly Father is...HEAVENLY!! That beat and bass!
yep... just fell of my chair listening to it... maybe my favorite track in the set.. but it's hard to choose, cos it's all so damn good
have you ever seen this version? still my favourite till this day

What a banger Hey, Ma is!
I was in the front and center for this. Everyone around me was crying by the end of CR∑∑KS. And I mean everyone.
That's what his music does to you 😂 Ik when I saw him live this year I cried like a damn baby when they did creeks
Once I met a girl in a hostel in Denmark who was going to see this band, she recommended me this band and I could never stop listening to it, thank you girl from Greece :D
This music heals me like nothing else in the world. I'm so glad I exist at the same time as JV and Co. More love, ya'll.
i hear you!!
I can't believe Jenn is in the band. Justin and her are like musical mother and father to me
This is up there with the npr live gig. Love it.
At the end of Naeem you can see S. Carey smiling at J. Vernon while he's performing with that incredible passion. These guys' love for their own music manage to create an awesome connection with the public. You can really see that everyone at their concerts is feeling the same emotions and sharing the same experience... It's something like a collective hug :)
The quality of their music, its content, the message they deliver, mixed to their ability to establish such a deep relation with the audience makes their concerts really turn into a "spiritual fucking thing" (as mr Vernon said once)
Carey is always cheesing
Perth's always hits different, the energy from this song to be performed live, majestic, thanks for the upload btw!
Witnessing creeks live was a top moment in my life. Such a captivating song, and genuinely incredible piece of art
Creeks is my favorite song and hearing it live earlier this year was one of my life peaks 😂 that song just does something to me unlike any other! My brother and I were crying during the whole song lol
The 33 God performance is insane
Bon Iver is such an incredible band live
i think Bon Iver is on the TOP of their carreer. They are just incredible. Music of the future
as someone who loves BI and will most likely never be able to see them live, thank you for this.
Hes a vvvvvery underrated guitarist
Saw him last night at kettle house in montana. So special
I was at that show too!! Honestly my favorite show of all time!! The show they put on was legendary
Nick... I don't know how you got this footage and I am not complaining. Please never take down this video and thank you so much for uploading this.
I recorded the livestream! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made if I’m being honest haha. I hope it doesn’t get taken down.
@@Nick-dw8ndif it does I will be the first one in your messages requesting a link
15 ish years later bon iver is still my favorite band, blood bank still one of the the best tunes to exist, and skinny love still makin me u g l y cry .......
Hey Ma with that bass. Wow. Just WOW.
Bon Iver is a gift to us all. There is no other way I can put it to do them justice. The beauty they've brought into the world gives me strength.
deepness you
PDLIF man, chills!!!!
These guys are the most talented and creative band on planet since they first tour back in 2009... unbelievable!
Perth is the anthem to my life and always will be. it's incomprehensible what it does to me. Especially live.
Skinny Love gets me evrytime
Will always cherish being there for this
666 is so blip blop live it's amazing
I'm so grateful for these guys
This is one of their best, if not the best live show they've put on. Something about the energy between everybody on stage was just incredibly synergetic and emotional. Not to mention the changes made to all the music are just so fresh, almost new sounding.
Have you seen the NPR show?? Amazing
Go Jenn Go!!❤
The bass on 10 deathbreast is outfuckingstanding
Lucky enough to see them live in 2022. Epic. Transformative.
I haven't followed them in a couple of yrs. I love the addition of the multi instrumentalist female. Not to be that guy but a pretty female singing backup and a different octave hits the soul a little warmer.
Shit “Heavenly Father” ALWAYS slaps this arrangement is different and I love it
JELMORE !!!!
Best rendition I’ve seen to date. That was wild.
That rendition of PDLIF is absolutely wild. They never disappoint.
blood bank live fuckin rips. i saw it in raleigh, nc and it got the biggest applause of any track
Took 3 minutes for this to become my favorite video of all time. Amazing quality.
Saw him for the 3rd time in June at this big lime quarry in Sweden, sound was AMAZING! Best concert I've ever been to.
I was there as well! Fantastic show
Bloodbank was insane
You're a hero Nick, what a gig.
I’ve seen Bon Iver multiple times live and I saw them at The Forum right before the pandemic. Watching this video from home and it seems they are renewed bringing fresh sounds to past music - blown away by this performance. And Justin with a female vocalist complimenting - that’s the future.
thats jen wasner fom wye oak. truly an amazing musician in her own right.
Best show i ever heard from bonny bear
Mesmerizing performance of U (Man Like). The best version I've heard them perform!
Jelmore live is just otherworldly. Thank you JV and BI for sharing your beautiful music with the world.
The "turn around now you're my a-team" from Creeks makes me cry everytime without a fail.
seen them live in italy the last june. great concert.
19:30 excellent save there. Love the coy looks the band shares :D
my dream is to be in his concert! Pitchfork is so good!
Thank you and your energy for filming and sharing this! Thank you youtube fr and Nick
It’s wild I can get goosebumps with a RUclips video
Every hair on my body stands up when JV starts screaming during Naeem. Thanks for the upload Nick!!
I cannot stop rewatching the end of Naeem. Chills every time.
That was such an amazing experience last night! Thanks for posting this so I can relive it. ❤
My pleasure! So happy we have a professional recording of an entire set in the i,i era finally 💙
An all-timer P4K set. Glad I was there. Thanks for putting this up.
Wow. Thank you for sharing this. Amazing quality
Thanks nick for uploading.amazing recording audio and video both
Nick u rule for this
i am planning on going to the beach road weekend this august! this is awesome
I am lifted by some strange force straight to Heaven ❤
Repeated the entire set twice now. Just couldn't stop listening to this. Unbelievable performance! Thanks for sharing this :)
What a wonderful concert. One of my first memories of hearing Bon Iver was in Portugal in 2018, when, standing in the line for Elevador de Santa Justa, I saw a girl covering Skinny Love with an old guitar. That was so beautiful to hear...since then Its a pleasure to listen every new album. I feel a bit envious being a Brazilian and not having the opportunity to see their concert here
I saw them last year in madrid. goddesssss kind of mystical xperience
Those joyful smiles all over the band at the start of Blood Bank, damn that's the spirit to perform
This might be the best live performance of holocene ever
lol someone says this on every video
@@cliveramsbotty6077 wouldn't the statement still hold truth if each new performance is the best one ever? if I ate a piece of cake and each time it was better than the last then I wouldn't be lying to say this might be the best piece of cake i've ever had
Original Jimmy Fallon perfomance ruclips.net/video/V6wqyk5fHeA/видео.html for sure
@@cliveramsbotty6077 I'm being earnest cause ever other time the drums are overpowering, or the vocals are sparse, or there's less instrumentation
and they're right every time
I love that version of Blood Bank
Woah, Sean and Jen's mics are turned up so much. I've seen them several times, and I can't remember their voices being featured this much at any of their shows or any recordings I've ever heard of the band.
I wish one day i could go to his concert and enjoy the beauty of his voice, music and songs in general!
Music for the soul, thank you
This version of Heavenly Father was absolutely mind blowing
Holy Crap !! Am I wrong to say that this is the best Bon Iver concert??
It was amazing...we were about 6 rows back! The crowd was mesmerized.
Fantastic set and recording/screen cap/whatever 😊
Such a powerful performance. Lots of goosebumps during this one.
I used to wonder if I’d ever find a new band I’d fall in love with as an adult. Thankfully it happened in 2009! This is a perfect new version of bon iver. Thanks for the upload :)
ive seen this live twice, and still... man, I just can't give it words.
Thank you for posting, Nick!
He just keeps getting better man
Goosebumps on last one !!!!
justin doing a shimmy in beginning of intro is everything.
666 is so good 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yes, thank you for sharing 👍👍
his last concert was on Marthas vineyard last year at the end of august, my dad catered the food for the festival and went backstage, he talked to Justin Vernon who hinted to him this was his last tour ever with bon iver and that this show was his last on the tour. forever. He texted me this and ive been devastated since. rip bon iver. I remember hearing skinny love for the first time as kid.
Thanks for sharing!❤
Sh'Diah is what re-birth feels like, after enduring all that one can in a life, going back in to do it all again, and being happy to do so. That's what it makes me feel anyway
Thank you for posting this, One of my favorite bands.
Wonderful, thanks for the upload x
Thank you so much for uploading this!
The Breese Stevens Field show aas magnificent! I hope someone posts it
Awesome, thanks so much.
thanks so much, man!! I'm here everyday watching this, truly hero!!
