You guys are awesome businessmen in the quiting community. I visited your old store and thought it was amazing. I won't even imagine what this one will be. I'm making a special trip from Antioch, CA when it opens. I visited just before the Covid shutdown. When God is in the plan no weapon formed against you will prosper!
Love the new store! I would add bolt shelving to the sale room to make it easier to see all of the bolts without having to dig down to the bottom of the piles.
I definitely agree. I’m one of those who wants to see, at a glance, what’s available or I just simply avoid the pile. I like bargains but seldom take time to dig. Good idea.
Love your store. My biggest frustration with quilt stores is they cut the fabric instead of tear. I always have to get extra so I can go home and tear and ensure the fabric is on the grain. I bought fabric once and it was EIGHT (8) inches off grain. Had I not tore the fabric and put on the grain my blocks would have been really wonky. My fabric shop tears the fabric. It is quicker to tear than cut. BTW I learned about the importance of grain in 1964.
Thank you for sharing that information and we are so glad you love the store! We hope you can come visit us soon and show us all about tearing the fabric 😍🙌❤
Congratulations SewYeah dudes! I noticed your classroom had straight tables lined up. As a longtime quilter who enjoys classes and mystery weekends please consider changing your set-up to rows of 2 6ft tables with a 4ft perpendicular in the middle that can be used as an ironing surface with a aisle front to back in between each unit. Saves having to step over and around all cords and other good stuff quilters have. Also allows teachers to walk show and explains up and down aisles and everybody gets a good look. Also, we quilters like our wheelie chairs! Zippin in between your machine and iron…if you build it..they will come🤓🤩😍😌😳😀😇🙃😵💫🤠🤗🤔
I've always loved your store and can't wait to see the new space! You've done great things for all of us quilters. I think my only suggestion would be to make the bolts of sale fabrics easier to see ~ maybe standing up instead of on top of each other? Just a thought. :) Thanks for all you do!
Yes on the displays. I think having a cool display featuring a quilt or two with all you need to make the projects is smart. It would help loosen some purse strings. Lol
Seeing your store empty must be a tad sad, but at the same time glad. I know you guys have worked your butts off for this. Congratulations, to the most deserving quilt store in the world. “if you build it, they will come”--Field of dreams. 🙂
Hey Y'all so excited for your company. I know that you've come a long long way from2.5 years ago when RUclips sales added huge funds to the business. Congratulations this is the benefits of good ole' honest hard work.
Hello! I just got of my sewing room and I have been working on a Christmas gift all day! I hope you have a beautiful week ahead. Thank you for sharing your time and talent!
The lighting was real nice to me when I visited your shop, will have to go to the new one for sure....Good Luck guys...with God on your side u can't go wrong...Bless You all....
I am SO excited about your new store and can hardly wait to take a road trip to LV to experience it in person! Thank you for sharing what you’ve learned on your business journey, and especially for sharing how you live your faith. I feel that time spent enjoying your RUclips videos and livestreams is time well spent. I admire you all so much-for your boundless enthusiasm, good humor, creativity, imagination, and willingness to truly listen to your customers and embrace their ideas. You are doing good in the world. Wishing you much success!
I was in a quilt shop in the Midwest years ago and they displayed quilts on the movable racks like they use in rug stores. Easy to leaf through all the quilts on display and spend time examining them. Just a suggestion.
I can't wait to go into the new store. It's like updating a sewing room. I've had 4 different rooms in my house as my sewing room & the dining table for cutting big pieces of fabric. I'm now in my #1 son's bedroom after he left. But still I had new ideas that #2 son updated for me this year. Sew why can't a quilt store be just as organic and change & grow. Good luck guys. You haven't taught me anything new but you have encouraged me to think & change.
You know those big racks at like a Lowes or Home Depot that hang up the giant rugs? THAT is a great way to feature quilts!!! Just discovered you guys today and I’m hooked!! Well done!
thats awesome congratulations to all of you and your families you are very smart men hardworking you are going places and us fabric addicts will all be broke i think i have enough fabric to build my own store i love how you practice your faith also i love your family
We couldn't make it to your store in our last trip through Vegas, but now we will have something to look forward to. This will be fun to watch the new store as it comes alive, thank you for doing these videos. Wishing you much success, May God Bless.
I am looking forward to seeing you guys when I go to America towards the end of July. I am planning to spend 2 days in Las Vegas. I love the see your new store.
Loved this video!!! Not sure when I'll go to Las Vegas again, so glad I got to see the original store this February. Absolutely gotta see the new place!!
Just found you, So happy to see such a wonderful shop/store/gallery/an machines. Now I have to go to Las Vegas, just 460 miles away from my town Fallon.
Please teach me how to open a mini tiny version of your store in my country, where there are none, while not only I'm a 55 yrs old aspiring quilter, I've no business background. I admire the look and the vibe and the energy of your store. I'm in Lahore, Pakistan.
I was watching this and thought I would love to visit your store. Then I googled your location and was sad to see that you're in the one city that I had hoped to never have to spend time in again. Bummer! If I'm ever forced back to Vegas visiting you guys will be the silver lining. Of course, since round-trip tickets to Vegas are super cheap it might be worth a trip just to fabric shop! :)
You know what would be neat, start a quilters club that can meet once a week or whatever and start a quilt that everyone sits around and hand stitches this one quilt the group is working on like an old fashion quilting bee all cut and sewn by hand. I remember going with my grandmother to these as a little girl. Then when the quilt was done they would sell raffle tickets to cover the cost of the materials and then the rest would be donated to a good cause or charity and the winner would be thrilled to have such a heirloom that was also signed by everyone who worked on it in a discreet spot. It was where the ladies and sometimes gentlemen could come talk about their own projects and ask questions, share ideas, learn about new patterns and techniques, their was such comradery and it was looked forward too by everyone not to mention the feeling of doing something good and having so much fun doing it. That little quilt shop made more money on the day of the quilting bee than they made on sales for the rest of the week. And that little quilt shop was loved by the whole community.
Love all the thought you put into that and your displays are wonderful. Just a thing about the panels. Sometimes I like to buy two contiguous and not have to sell them together, so having them all pre-cut can be a downer.. I would love to visit someday
Glad to see a first class quilt shop. But... Obviously you didn't do your research beforehand! I have friends in your city so if I visit anytime soon, I'll be sure to drop by. Good luck!
Hey, guys, don't forget the outdoor spaces around your store. Call in those food trucks sometime and coordinate it with some sort of walk-in events or sidewalk sale-type outdoor displays. Get the young parents and kids in with a "sew your teddy bear a quilt" and a Teddy Bear Parade with prizes. Best of luck with the new store!
Loved this!! The more I see and listen to you all makes me more and more excited to come to Vegas to see you and your shop. May God bless you in this venture.
Got supplies at your old store but have shopped at the new building twice! It’s a good location. If you have a chance maybe pursue the Judy Niemeyer certified shop. A paper piecing method. Best wishes.
I really enjoyed watching this, can’t wait to see part 2 and sew on!! 😀 Really Really excited for you guys and for your families as well!! Must get to Vegas soon sew I can see Sew Yeah Shop in person
Wishing you all the very best in your new store, I am sure all the hard work will worth it. 👍👍👍👏👏👏. As a subscriber from the UK I would like to make a suggestion, which is; can you make your own quilt patterns PDF down loadable. I love the gnome Christmas tree wall hanging behind you in the video but, as reasonable as the price is the postage to the UK doubles it. (Assuming it is your own pattern) If it was down loadable the only cost would be for the actual pattern. 🤞🤞🤞
do they have small carts ?...such a big store - cant wait to explore it...but so discouraging when you have to carry bolts all around or ask where you can leave your pile..hoping others don't take.
I think it's a great idea to have a "Quilt of the month". I hope you still keep a "sale" room to. I hope to stop by someday and visit your sale room. ;o) And congrats on being designers for Benartex. HipHipHooray~!!!!
I hope you bought the building verses renting. Renting, especially in a store that large is like burning your money. At least buying ut is yours and is another investment that will keep increasing in value for YOU verses someone else.
Hello! Yes, we are all married to the most wonderful women in the world!❤️ Thanks so much for watching. We hope you enjoyed the video and can come visit the store soon!
Check out the GRAND OPENING of our store!

That is true!!! Thank you so much for your kind words!
Your old store is so much larger than any quilt store I’ve ever seen. I can’t imagine what your new store is like. Great work you guys!
😍😍😍
Love the new store! I would add bolt shelving to the sale room to make it easier to see all of the bolts without having to dig down to the bottom of the piles.
Excellent idea, I second that!!
I definitely agree. I’m one of those who wants to see, at a glance, what’s available or I just simply avoid the pile. I like bargains but seldom take time to dig. Good idea.

Welp Paducah & MSQ are pretty much already Ultimately
What an interesting episode. I'm intrigued by the design and layout of a new shop.
Thanks so much for watching!

I love the gnome tree wallhanging behind you guys (13:20) who is the designer?
We hope you got your answer to this. We have been so behind in answering comments. Hoping to stay caught up
Something like this but smaller is my dream,
😍😍👍👍👍
Are any of the cutting tables adjustable in height? I am 6'1" and some tables are too short to be comfortable for me
👍👍🤗
Who made your shelves?
🤔🤔😊
One thing to say AMEN
🥰🥰🥰
What is the name of the wall hanging behind you that has the gnomes creating a Christmas tree? Who makes it and is there a pattern?
We hope you found your answers to the question. We are behind in answering the comments. But are hoping to stay caught up now
I hope you bought the building verses renting. Renting, especially in a store that large is like burning your money. At least buying ut is yours and is another investment that will keep increasing in value for YOU verses someone else.
Thanks so much for the suggestion! We hope you can visit soon!
Are you guys brothers?
Yes :)
Are you all married?
Hello! Yes, we are all married to the most wonderful women in the world!❤️ Thanks so much for watching. We hope you enjoyed the video and can come visit the store soon!
