Just saw Doctor Strange 2!! How could I not be??

Although having those cameos in Doctor Strange II has my happiness blown through the roof.

Finally i got what i have been asking for 5 months.
I think I heard the Avengers and Invincible theme combined near the end of the song, I may be hallucinating but if I'm not then that was really clever.

That Moment when Dr Strange Fight against Sinister Strange is just gave me Goosebumps and then when Strange Activate his Dreamwalk ability through Defender Strange's Body to Fight against Wanda is just Pure EPIC

This movie is crazy, I can't get enough of it. Can't wait to see more of the story. Also love the new theme, I want a third movie of Strange so bad. And as usual, Samuel Kim made me goosebumps !

i love how people are complaining about this movie being different and not being the same "typical MCU formula", but now that this movie is different people are complaining about how it feels odd and wanted the same like every other MCU movie! people just couldn't be pleased.... just enjoyed and appreciate that Sam Raimi was be able to work on this movie!

I'm pretty sure that people are disappointed they didn't get their beloved cameos in this. Like I've heard people say it's overhyped but I think No Way Home was more overhyped for me, just my opinion ( I'll probably get hated for this but idc).

You know, I love Danny Elfman. But... does anyone else here VASTLY prefer Micheal Giacchino's theme?
I don't get why they had to replace Giacchino. He is a great composer and he knows the tune better than anyone since he made it. Elfman is great, but he should be doing his own projects. If they made a Nightmare Before Christmas 2 Elfman should be the only composer for that movie. Likewise, Giacchino should be the only person to do Dr. Strange's series.

Not only that, but he took Giacchino's themes, and used perfectly, and made them his own! Danny Elfman is a master class composure, and I think MoM has the best *original* soundtrack out of the entire MCU

It is really cool how Doctor Strange changes after the first half
This is brilliant. Just brilliant. I listen to soundtrack music regularly. Giacchino's leitmotif for Strange is iconic. It has represented his appearance in nearly every movie he has appeared in (unlike he did for "Endgame," Silvestri didn't use any leitmotif in "Infinity War" except the Avengers', and while Mothersbaugh didn't use it in "Ragnarok," he gets a pass because "Weird Things Happen" is suitable and brilliant). It really should have been much more integrated into the DSitMoM soundtrack by Elfman. Yes, it was there. But not enough. I love what he did overall with the music. But he made a mistake not integrating Giacchino's leitmotif into the end title at all. Thanks for picking up where he fell short.
I've been lamenting the slow death of recognizable main title themes for years. Gone are the days of complete and recognizable themes such as "Star Wars," "Jaws," "Superman" and so many others by John Williams, not to mention other composers.
Thank you for this. Is there a downloadable version I can buy and add to my soundtrack collection, please?
He also should have used Wanda’s theme from WandaVision (not just the bit of one of the WandaVision theme songs that was briefly used, although that was cool”. The MCU needs a musical version of Feige who can make sure composers stick with established themes while still letting them have freedom and use their styles.

Some great examples of good musical continuity are what Ludwig Göransson did with "The Mandalorian," Joseph Shirley with "The Book of Boba Fett," and Natalie Holt with "Obi-Wan Kenobi." They created great, original soundtracks, but adequately integrated John Williams' themes when appropriate.

Just saw the movie myself. Idk why but the whole time and every time I see doctor strange I just think of Merlin the wizard from Camelot on steroids XD
STILL was a great movie though. I never thought I’d see a zombie dude wield so much power at the end. Also the Strange vs Strange duel was pretty damn epic. The music notes and the timing of the orchestra. Just perfect

Yes I'm very happy , I just saw Doctor Strange 2, and in my opinion I liked this one more than the first one, not only Doctor Strange had his role in the story, but America Chavez had great potential for the story as well for the future of the Marvel Universe, and Scarlet Witch was simply terrifying, Sam Raimi did a great job, differentiating the Marvel movies by taking the horror side, very well done!✨

Well, saw the movie last Saturday, and you can definitely tell that Sam Rami had directed it. His “Evil Dead Style” fingerprints were just All Over this film.
Danny Elfman and Micheal Giacchino are some of the best and legendary composers right now. It's no comparison because people always tend to love the first theme so Giacchino's theme will always but cheers to Elfman who used part Giacchino's music and also added his own special touch! Loved it tbh ❤️

@DB Legends Shorts you can watch cosmic wonder, the reel rejects & get jaby to have more detailed non- spoiler review. Just to be careful don't expect bunch of cameos. Movie is just about strange and Wanda.
