The only thing wrong with these types of houses is there is alot of wasted space and materials but I like all the large windows and classy liveing room

@@Petit234 depends on the person living in the home. Some want open concept and not a restricted feel. Higher ceilings ..larger windows... wider hallways etc
Some people want a house to feel like a house and not a hotel with maximum possible rooms in it.
this is like a party place with all that wide open space, perfect for entertaining guests .....
I love it especially all the attention to detail & black fixtures. Dislike the stairs, there’s too many like an office building & the upstairs bedrooms seem small, why did they make the basement bathrooms bigger?

Personally. 4.2 mil. is a very good price for all the fine finishes, flooring, hardscape and hardware in this spectacular house. The pool would be the least useful for me even if it’s heated. Maybe useful for 3 months max.
Pros: lots of greenery, nice location, open airy feeling, lots of room for families and parties.
Cons: I didn’t see an elevator and with all of those stairs, it’ll be impossible to live or visit in this house if you are disabled or elderly. Good luck having your parents over, because those stairs could quite literally kill them. Even if you’re fit, who wants to deal with all those stairs after a long day? This isn’t a home to grow old in. If you’re looking for a unique home, this thing looks like every single damn house popping up in LA right now: the big white box with a bunch of glass that is poorly, quickly built to turn a profit. There’s no charm to living in the Starship Enterprise. Smart houses have a lot more moving parts and are more dependent on tech, so if the tech breaks down, the house won’t be as pleasant to live in.
The bathroom is larger then the working place. No fun sitting for hours at the table and having meetings on video. That's out of time.

Big windows are great but are floor to ceiling windows necessary in a house in Oakville? if the house had an ocean view or mountain view yes , the open concept design is good but the interior decorator has made everything white, black and grey, looks like a space ship inside...have to agree,cold and sterile.
