I always thought i didnt like modern interior design but i guess it was because i never seen one done right. The interior is stunning, spacious but still cozy, simple yet still colorful. The exterior has modern edges but seamlessly blend in with the surrounding. Amazing home!!

This is actually the nicest house I've ever seen in my whole life and Ive seen a lot of homes. I hope the Lord blesses me with it one day. Lord knows I deserve it, living in shelter to shelter all my young life. I look at this house everyday. :( Thank you Bachlyconstruction This is my dream home.

This is a Beautiful Oakville house.
This is one of the best example of a well thought out elegant and sophisticated home design that used the windows to bring in the natural light and really showed how the smallest details such as the glass wine cellar really was the selling point of the house.

Dream House!
Not really a big fan of modern minimalist designs.. but this one is sooooo beautiful!!! Especially the bedrooms. Waking up in the morning surrounded by those trees. So relaxing! I'll never have a bad mood in that house. Lol.
OK I don't know who lives here but I sure wish it were me! This truly is one of the most elegant and spectacular homes I've ever seen. The design is amazing, and the materials are beyond gorgeous! (OMG that wine atrium!) What blows my mind is that it looks like a couple of kids live here as well, yet it still looks like THAT!

This is a trick to sell a house. This is not owners' stuff. In no one house. Houses are never sold with owners' wine or pillows. This particular house is surrounded by trees. So, such amount of wine will help to attract those who want to escape. imho

Less is more. My dream is to live in the bush in a Nipa Hut beside the stream, the only music I hear are the birds chirping, and paint nature all day. I've given up on all those stuff that just gather dust and rust.

This house is absolutely amazing.... spacious, a lot of rooms, love wine cellar, fire place and above all, the light that comes from outside. I bet it's eco friendly and economical. Did I saw a "personal lift" built for this house? How much does it cost? Love to have its blue print and have it build in my place!
Mustafa Ali it's not economical because of the property tax, property insurance, heating (heating the whole house in winter) is expensive.
Rowena Magno Oh well, it depends where it was built. I can't denied most countries like Canada. US, UK have a lot taxes concerning with property. Only a handful can afford, that is. Personally, I prefer to have this build near the desert close to a water source where we can harness the power of the sun to produce electricity for domestic use back up with a Tesla power bank. That too if one can afford it. In this trouble times people want a decent home to live and dwell without breaking the bank. I agree. So tiny house under 25K, living off grid will be a perfect choice for the Middle Class. Don't you agree?

depends om the uses, not if you have roomates
One is the main kitchen, the small one beside it is the “Wok” or “Kosher” kitchen or catering kitchen. It’s closed off because of the smells of fish etc. or Kosher must be prepared in separate places, with different pots etc.
The other is a bar… 😊

I used to live in Montreal but now I live in California. I don't understand why there aren't more modern style houses like this one in Canada. I think the people of Canada have kind of old fashion taste so the vast majority of homes have an older style. From what I can see, after living the last 36 years in the USA, Americans have more modern taste since homes here have this style more often. If you like this sort of thing, look at videos of homes in Henderson Nevada or Sumerlin Nevada or Miami Florida. There is a real estate agent named Chakits Krulsawat that profiles many homes like this on his RUclips channel.
