Wonderful design! Bedroom 4 is my favorite room!
I'm just wondering how much a house like that would cost in US dollars.
The other questions I have are as follows:
- why isn't there a DISHWASHER?
- there's space in the stairwell for a lift/elevator, which would make for easier access to the second level
- the indoor/ outdoor area should also have book 📚 shelves
Otherwise it is an absolutely beautiful design!
Is that price realistic to build in Boca Raton (EUA)? (furthest away from the center).

Please allow me to give my personal critique. I'll start with the cons then head to pros.
Cons.
1️⃣ The rest of bedrooms were not en-suite which is a no to me. I'd prefer all bedrooms en-suite.
2️⃣ The closed dining room, at least should have been opened to the living room.
3️⃣ The kitchen, for me I prefer American kitchen design which is open to the living room and dining area. Though the kitchen was nicely done only that wall shouldn't have been there, and if it was must have wall on the kitchen separating it from the dining and living rooms it should have been a glass wall then.
4️⃣ The garden on the pool area was not a good idea, am thinking of lawn mowing what a mess it will leave coz some of the plants will have been splattered to the pool, and also when it rains some soil would end up inside the pool.
5️⃣ There was no gym, there should be a gym this is a modern home plan
6️⃣ I saw the guest toilet had a shower which I don't think was necessary.
Pros.
1️⃣ I loved the living room design was refreshing.
2️⃣ The staircase glass roofing was on point giving the sky view, I imagine how romantic it would be at night.
3️⃣ The balcony concept was also a plus I loved how they are done.
4️⃣ The Master bedroom was well done am a lover of walk in closet and the bathroom was well done also.
5️⃣ The idea of trees within the compound is amazing, it gives the natural vegetation feel and the fresh air which is good.
6️⃣ The large windows and the sliding doors are also a plus for lighting and easy access to the house.
All in all I appreciate the house plan I enjoyed watching the video I'd like to see more of houses done in modern designs.

Potrei avere un simile progetto per una casa a tre letti terreno 1000 m.q. dimensioni lunghezza 43,50m. Larghezza 24m.(vista mare) grazie
O projeto realmente é bem bonito. Particularmente só não gostei muito da garagem ter entrada para sala de jantar, a qual não possui janela. Talvez o cheiro de combustível vaze para quem está comendo. Porém, o que me incomodou mais foi a demonstração: terrível. A câmera girou tanto que eu quase passei mal. Alem disso, por favor, quando forem montar uma demonstração, não façam esses cortes no filme pra reiniciar em outro canto porque, em muitas ocasiões, a gente fica completamente perdido. Isso é muito agoniante. A apresentação pode ser criada em linha continua, sem cortes, teria ficado muito melhor.

A garagem tem acesso directo à cozinha com zona de pequenos-almoços. Atrás da cozinha fica a sala de jantar com sua respectiva janela.
Em relação às câmeras, tentamos evitar esses cortes e gerar clipes mais longos, conforme suas sugestões, tentaremos fazer melhor para evitar essa confusão espacial, da mesma forma que estamos trabalhando em caminhadas virtuais com fotos panorâmicas para nosso novo site , Esperamos que você tenha em breve.

Beautiful house! The only remarks are that the Master bedroom is small, it needs a jaccuzzi tub or some sort of bathtub. Someone else already mentioned a dishwasher but all these could be added. Other than that, it's the size that's too small.

I think this one is my favorite layout! Still, I'd convert a couple rooms to add a gym and office. And I'd trade those plants around the back for more pool area, tanning shelf, and hot pool.
