This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Usually when I watch videos of remodeled homes, there's one (maybe two) house(s) on the block that are updated. I like how all of the houses look new and it's not in a sub-development. - - Why doesn't bedroom II have a full size closet? Just bc it's a bedroom for a child doesn't mean the closet size should match their age. Bedroom IV has the best bathroom. Even better than the master!
They may not be selling the house on youtube, but they are putting their name in the market for selling luxury homes. Besides, why wouldn't that class of people not visit RUclips?
