Needs a Retro530 coin door. I have the ALU 1.1 and love it. I will probably get this one but will wait to see what other skins will be available.
Sea of thieves? They should've just added Killer Instinct 2013 free version to it but I know licensing issues would've stopped it, not to mention hardware limitations
Sea of Thieves is a pinball table though. KI 2013 would be love to have tbh

Great vid 👍 27” 4k 60fps monitor, controls, and ability to connect PC and play steam games in 4k 60fps is what's valuable for me. To build a cabinet and to have all the electronics in it would cost probably around $1,000. I'm glad they included 8 buttons layout which makes steam PC config effortless. I hope to see OTG button like LP has. BitLCD was cherry on top.
Its a pass for me. Price is a factor, and I don't hold a lot of nostalgia for KI. Now if they do multiple skins and one interests me....great. But it would have to go on sale first.
I'm sure people are going to make/sell this party skins for them. As far as the sale goes, it'll happen eventually. Best practice is to always be patient

Mike, I was gonna get my chewlix finally next month but am now considering putting that on hold and getting this! What about killer instinct 2013? I want that on here too
There's no 2013 sadly. It's not strong enough to run it but you can OTG an Xbox to it or a PC

@@chrisgrossnickle1479 you're still going to have to Jerry rig the chewlix to work with ether an xbox or PC anyway, AND work with the control panel. Might as well just make your own cabinet than deal with the headache imo. Most people using a Chewlix, simply plug a Jamma or a PI to it. neither of those would be suitable to run 2013

Looks great. Love the screen size. Love the specs. It’s great that it’ll play the 4K pinball tables. To me the price is justifiable.

I think it’s mad ugly and overpriced. I really hope they offer different art options. I don’t understand the point of the digital marquee when it’s turkey basted in Killer Instinct art from top to bottom.

It's gonna be a pass for me. Not because I hate it. It looks great. The price point is very steep and besides, I'm enjoying my current KI.

I have a room full of about 20 1ups and a alu and alp. but if i was just getting into this hobby, I think this and the new pinball is all one would need and still have room in there basement...lol

Yeah, it's definitely a multicade (no denying that at all), but I think the bigger story is the working relationship with Microsoft and allowing this vision to come to life, especially with the upcoming KI anniversary

I am curious on how peoole react to the price, but the cab looks cool for a custom skin. Atgames definitely included a nice chipset. I havent kept up over the last couple of years with Atgames stuff like adding CoinOps X or whatever is in use now, but that chipset will have no issues playing things like MvC2 and CvS2, likely fine for arcade versions of classic MK games, etc. It should handle some 3d fighters but i am a bit less familiar on that from a testing standpoint. I regularly use chinese handhelds with weaker rockchips and people in that scene have been waiting patiently for other companies to use this 3588 chip that Atgames is bringing to the cab. So props to them on not going with the bare minimum. I am guessing they needed to go with this level in order to run some games in 4k, but that power is going to make emulation at lower resolutions very feasible for games that Home Arcade has had trouble playing outside of using their own PC.

The artwork is horrendous , and only a 27 inch monitor for $1300 is ridiculous! It should have at least a 32 inch monitor in there. You can pick up a 42 inch 4K TV for $169 retail RETAIL not bulk buying for production units! I love my Atgames ALU HD and my ALP HD but Atgames is going the wrong way with their 4K stuff! They are entering the price catagory where they are going to be competing with much better products! For $1300 I would 100% pick up a game room solutions or a Recroom masters DIY cabinet
Looks nothing like the original… they’ve sure got some crap designers over there. Not that it matters… AtGames is just all announcements and no actual products (for more than a year!)… they’re sure happy to take people’s money, though.

that trash microsoft reboot of killer instinct killed the series so atgames must have got this dead brand for next to nothing.
They just celebrated the 10th anniversary of the game and it's highly celebrated. It's a really good frickin game IMHO
