Thanks Mam. I will give a try. I have few questions. Question 1) You suggested that we should gradually increase our diet. Maximum upto what level this increase should be? For instance, I have 1 chappati and a bowl of rice for lunch and dinner (with sabzi of course). Is 2 rotis maximum okay ? Also, you mentioned milk and dahi in the diet. What quantity is okay? Together 300 ml is okay (say, 100 ml of dahi, at lunch, at dinner, 100 ml turmeric milk at night)? Question 2) You suggested that exercise is must. I request that how much and what the details? For instance, walk for 30 min is fine? What yoga exercises are recommended and for how much of total duration ? What are the strength training exercises recommended? Question 3) I think - certain hours of sleep is equally important?! I have been trying to gain weight since ages in vain. I tried to do above but couldn't follow all at a go. ie When I follow diet, I miss out exercise or sleep; or something like that. Also, I feel - my metabolic rate is too high as their is absolutely no weight gain. It is almost steady throughout. I will try afresh with your given suggestions. Thanks again. :)
