I signed Emre Mor in my Luton career this year, him, Chong & Giles were the only ones to survive from season 1

@@colincroft1722 I was starting Doughty, but every time Giles came on, he’d bag an assist and the team would look so dangerous cos of him! I started him more from November cos we was bottom of the league and by March we’d hit 40 points, he was a game changer! At least 10 assists every season, got 22 in his second. Even when I went to a back 4 from season 3 he still went 3 seasons in a row with 10 plus assists from left back, one of the best attacking full backs I’ve used by far
That’s surprising considering doughty starts most games but Giles barely plays , is that a potential thing ?
@@Sam-fn6on probably just a video game thing, if I had to guess. Developers rarely predict correctly what Luton Town are up to.

Whenever I play a career mode in a small league like Australia I always try to sign some of these players that had enormous potential in previous games. I remember signing Saido Berahino to play for Perth Glory and he became a club legend 😂😂
In Australia I just sign old players and see how far the old players can go

He is at RKC Waalwijk currently in the eredivisie so he is in EAFC24
If you ever do a season 2 than you do realise you have Ross Barkley at Luton who would possibly count for this rebuild

Halilovic is actually balling in the eredivisie for fortuna Sittard (That would be an underrated rtg for eredivisie football)
Fun video. Liked the concept. Small correction: Emre Mor never player under Klopp. He joined Dortmund in 2016, where Klopp became Liverpool manager in 2015.
I did something similar to this with Real Betis in FIFA 23 as they have a tendency to buy people who flopped at Barca/never became starters. I had an XI of:

Riqui Puig and Dest are people I always move with regardless of the team. Their potential is massive. In FC 24 my dest is currently 87 rated. Haven't bought Riqui in my current Norwich save (and it's too late as I'm on season 7) but I'm definitely getting him in the next.

I see Halilovic making (somewhat) of a comeback irl as he’s playing well for Fortuna Sittard in the Eredivisie. Meaning Halilovic is playing well, and getting consistent game-time at a top European division. It’s not Barcelona, but it’s more than what many other failed wonder kids get.

dele alli, Ndomble, Tete, St. Juste, Tanganga, Oxford, Renato Sanches, Ryan Kent and Mavididi all good fifa flops that are still young enough to make a come back

Would you turn this into a series and adjuts/grow the players overalls a bit based on the performance? I'd be thrilled to see at least some of them turn into world beaters!

you should do this again but resetting all of their ages back to 18-21 to see if dynamic potential could save their careers in this day of age
Vietto Penaranda and Verdi are all beasts in a couple of my career mode saves

@@levibarnor311 yeah I loved this man in Fifa so much I purposely bought him to Monaco in FIFA 14 save and scored 75 goals in a single season. He was just the only one who was allowed to score
FIFA Flops should also probably include Dele Alli, Mario Gotze and Ross Barkley (who strangely enough actually plays for Luton!)
Gotze is a world champion and was a phenomenal player. If he is a flop then so is Neymar.
Götze won the world Cup 2014 and the Euro League 2022. There was nothing inbetween but some Bundesliga titles with Bayern... Come on, Get some footy knowledge before you Write anything 😅

The great thing about these players actually is that most of them mantain very favorable traits or specific stats, but of course as their talent didn't express all the rest is mediocre.

AC Milan on fifa 12 is much more a challenge ageing squad have to phase them out
@@declangaming24 they were easy team tho, it had some ageing players but also the likes of el sherrawy,Pato,Thiago silva,Kevin prince Boateng,Merkel all of em had insanely high potential, there were some players that also had decent potential their team wasn't that ageing even zlatan was 29 at the time so he could've given you 6-7 seasons til you can replace him
@@homersimpson6585 I tried it for 13 seasons I was letting most of the old players retire like seedorf, abbiati and others but bringing players like ronaldinho, Petr cech, kasper Schmeichel, pepe reina and tons of others in but despite the constant retirements of our older players we kept winning back to back serie A, super copa Italia, copa Italia trophies and having decent UCL runs

@@homersimpson6585 the Fifa 12 team isn't difficult it's just full of older players who are bound to retire in 1 or 3 seasons so you slowly phase out the old guard I kept Zlatan until he was 34 I sold him to stoke city and signed Samuel eto as a short term stop gap until I got Wellington from spartak Moscow to fill Zlatans boots pato left to bayern for £50M so I signed balotelli from man City

When it comes to career mode, if I’ve learnt anything, it’s that bigger teams are easier to beat compared to teams on your level..
I think it’s because bigger teams always attack you without reservations and they’re easier to counter. At least the first two seasons when they haven’t learnt how dangerous you are..

Calling Balotelli a flop is Just dumb. The man never took the Game serious, but still He killed Off Germany in the Euros 2012 Prior to their world Cup win 2014. Just because EA thought He was that good and would be even better, doesnt mean he was a fifa flop. There are about 10 Players I have in mind and still Play, that you couldve used, but one Player is an unquestionable Pick: Kasper Dolberg 75/77! In FIFA 17 He was at Ajax with 77/88. Thats pretty much the First Club to Look at, when you search for talents with misjudged Potential in the past. And how did you not include Ross Barkley who is already at the club? Lackluster content...
