- I’ve now made nearly 500 youtube videos recommending FIFA career mode save ideas. I’ve posted a few series of my own, including one with Hertha Berlin, Wimbledon and two Megacareers, but today, we’re turning the tables. In our second FC24 episode I'll be looking at another six of your career modes, and i’ll be rating them based on how good I think they are!

Bella Kotchap came from Bochum so a return in the first save isn’t overly unrealistic. As a Saints fan, it was also nice to see Alcaraz in there too!

I’ve been playing a create a club of Vatican City. Started in serie b. I signed balotelli, Daan rots and loaned in Hato. Our starting LB got bought so I had to move hato to that position and brought up some papadapoulos from the academy. It kinda damaged our season as at January we were 3rd but we finished 5th. Luckily we won the play offs. Just starting the 2nd season now and signed hato on a permanent deal. Don’t expect you lot to read this but I’m having hella fun rn
Got an update if anyone’s interested. Before season 1 ended I put some release clauses on players to maybe add some twists. Basically our best midfielder got bought so I brought in this Dutch guy called barreiros (I can’t remember how to spell it) and also bought Langoni a young Argentinian rm for some depth. What I need now is a striker, as balotelli is retiring this season and he’s already dropped 2 ratings. Would appreciate any recommendations.

Love how people play career mode in so many different ways. It’s just a shame ea don’t give a fuck. We have to make our own fun. God I’m praying for the next ea fc game to be actually good 😅
This is why I like Football Manager more than Career Mode, I still like CM but it’s so limited compared to FM

2:50 I'm currently doing a new leicester save and I somewhat did what the guys doing
I usually develop the younger talent in my team and let dynamic potential improve their ratings and sell them for a huge transfer fee and replace the players I sold mostly with youth academy Graduates
gave vardy and Kante one last dance in the prem, vardy and kante lifted one last silverware together which was the FA cup(vardy was a backup in the season we won it sadly... still gave him playing time in his final match where we won it which was truly a bittersweet moment)
example on sales Fatawawu for 80 million,drewsbury hall for 50 million,ricardo pereira for 30 million, Ivan toney(signing I made) for 70 million and hermansen for 90 million(theres probably couple of others but those were the ones to come to mind)
signings young prospects I usually sign young talents from teams that are for example weaker than us(example Livaramento from bournemouth who were a yoyo club, van Ewijk from coventry)
or sign decent players from clubs that got relegated(example Ivan Toney from brentford that got relegated)
Or Veterans who usually stay in a 1-3 seasons max before being replaced by younger talent(example 32-33 year old Kovacic from city,35-36 year old van dijk from Leverkusen,34 year old Kante from the Saudi League) all got replaced by youth academy graduates
and by season 5-6(don't remember) I already have around 5 youth academy graduates in the starting 11 and the 6th youth academy graduate would be on the team sheet soon aswell
team is mostly english based, apart for maybe 4 players(even those players who're not english 3 of em were youth academy graduates
my goal is to win the ucl with mostly youth academy graduates like SAF did in the 98 season with united
even then we're not doing the best from winning the Fa cup the season after it we struggled getting 10th and missed completely on european football due to losing the semis of the europa league to Dortmund
but this season our teams looking more hopeful we're 4th(still half a season left) in the carabao cup final and our youth players all have reached in their 80s(apart from 1 player whos 78 overall) and if we continue with this growth we'd probably have a ucl in 2-3 seasons
so far memorable moments for me as the manager
Breaking the all time record for most amounts of points in a championship season(110 if i'm correct)
the FA cup win against new castle
and our europa league run where we lost in the semi finals(we managed to beat juventus 5-2 on agg memorable win in that run) we crashed out to dortmund in the semis 3-2 on agg
I try to play 1 match every month because it'll be much easier if I played majority matches, so I usually play one match which is only highlights
that bochum safe is one of if not the best you've ever rated, in my opinion.
I wish i documented my Militano CF save, it is my create a club. Started in Bundesliga 2 (my excuse for the italian name is the owners which includes myself the coach are of italian decent n decided 2 establish a club in the nation that truly breathes football, Germany). Our philosophy revolves around youth but doesnt limit players we sign by age.
2 give a quick summary of performance:
Season 1: hard fought season which resulted in automatic promotion but no title
Season 2: struggled to adjust to Bundesliga first few months but scraped our way into europa league spot (Wolves/Shefield first season fight)
Season 3: 2nd season syndrome kicked into overdrive, rock bottom by November however 2nd place knockout progression in UEL. New wonderkid from the academy had been introduced. Japanese centre forward Suzuki (the REAL Japanese Messi) came into the team n performed incredibly well from the end of October to end of season becoming the catalyst for a massive turn around which saw us power through to an 8th place finish in Bundesliga n UEL victory which saw us defeat Barcelona. Special thanks to my captain Mats Bidstrup who lead us through the storm as well as opening the UEL final with an absolute screamer
Season 4: Poor refering decision saw us crashout of DFB Pokal 4th year in a row, embarrassed by Inter in UEFA Supercup n UCL group n later spanked by PSG n Mbappe in round of 16 after 1 goal lead at the Parc de Princes in the first leg. wasnt all bad tho finishing 3rd in Bundesliga.
Currently on season 5 (January window), my world class academy graduate (Torben Schroeder "TS21") returned from 2yr loan from Bournemouth n has become the Candyman of world football lookin like the true heir of Cristiano Ronaldo tho him being German. He was initially part of the 1st group in season 1 & 2 but struggled with first division so i made the decision to loan him out n it worked.

i like the ideas but i think its more fun to do like me and my friend. we spin til the other say stop and we put our team in the lowest league of a top 5 and see who gets sacked first. we can only sign 1-3 players depending on our wheel or only youth academy. we cant play our matches so we sim after summer transfer window is done

Does club value affect anything in career mode?
I mean like will you get a bigger transfer budget from the club with bigger value or it only depends on season results?
My favourite career mode I did was in fifa 20 where I used the fifa editor to able to scout in India and try to win the wc with them never managed to do it with a loss in the 2030 finals in extra time the furthest I got, did win the prem and ucl with my star players tho
I had a sick millwall one, took me 6 seasons to get to high prem
There are some hard core career mode players out there. I can't finish two seasons on fifa career. I prefer football manger. It feels more rewarding. I also hate that you can't view career stats in fifa, either yours or your players'.

There is one link between Sheffield United and South America. Diego Armando Maradona. He very nearly signed for them as a 17 year old.
Honestly I think Ea needs a realistic mode, where the AI plays as a manager would in real life.
The AI transfers piss me off so much, its always the same transfers, or players loaning out their best player or AI signing either horrible signings or else good signings but never playing them 😂

Can you do like a reverse of a rebuild you take over Real Madrid and slowly players start leaving Real's position starts dropping untill they get relegated
Made a create a club in dover (england not deleware) cause i didnt think there was a club there , and due to majour czech ownership in the club who originally was relying on donations from the people of dover was taken over by petr cěch who invested 1 million into the club , who despite being recently promoted due to dodgy dealings by sutton united have a super strong squad (forgot to change names and nationalities so no czech players, going to fix it) and were vwry unlucky to not get auto promotion from division 5 and are competors for promotion brcause i gave them a 2 and a half star squad cause i think league 2 can be annoying and i set board expectations to low so i dont get sacked easily. Going to fix the no czech player problem by redoing the create a club with everything except the players the same.
I’ve just retired James Milner got offered the job at Huddersfield (not a lot going for me) also this is my first save playing on semi manual settings highly recommended.
My rules are I try to sign players who Milner has played for, it’s really difficult as I only have a 5 mil budget so loaned in enciso and Buonanotte loan to by so I’m hoping I get promoted as they set me back 6 mil 😭jack clarke from Liverpool was a steal at 700k seasons not started yet I’ll update if anyone gives a shit haha

How do I send career mode saves
I’m trying to do a real face and stadium save but can’t think of what manager to use for Schalke. Can’t use Sahin (former Dortmund) so who do I pick ?

Everyone in world football calls them Sporting Lisbon. Just like everyone calls Red Star Belgrade that name even though their name is actually Crvena Zvezda. There is no use of Belgrade in that club name either. As far as Everton goes, they should be called the Bitter Bluesers.
