Our previous dog was a Dalmation. I thought she was a real wimp. For one thing, she was absolutely terrified , with black and white chessboard pattern tile flooring. She was a gentle, happy natured dog, and easy to train. One day I was walking in the park with her, and this huge nasty-tempered German Shepherd attacked me for no reason I could tell, we were just minding our own business. My "wimpy" girl tore into him with an all-out attack, he got a nasty bite, and fled the scene at the speed of light, whining and crying. I looked around for the owner of the Alsatian, but they were nowhere to be found. I thanked and praised by brave girl, her defence of me was really outstanding and incredibly moving. I no longer giggled at my fine friend when she saw those tiles again. She was a warrior, and peacenik all at the same time. It was the ONLY time in her life I saw her attack anything. A dog that willingly would die for you without even asking. What a champion....
My mini doxie was called all kinds of wimpy names (not by me) because he’s afraid of rain and thunder. One day I fell badly and a fireman was called to help me up and make sure I was okay. I cried out because he was lifting me and I hurt all over. My mini came tearing out from under the bed and savagely went after his ankles and calves to protect me. I felt so bad for the fireman but also so proud of my boy. I apologized over and over to the poor fireman but after he left I gave my baby boy a treat. Just so you know the fireman was okay just his pants got ripped. I offered to show all Max’s records and also to pay for the pants but the fireman said it was okay. Such a nice man, he understood Max was just trying to protect me.

I had a Dalmatian as a child. His first time getting wet was when he jumped off a small cliff and into a lake. He was so shocked he refused to move. The water didn't quite reach his shoulder, after about ten minutes of him doing a statue impersonation I got in and had to pull him out.
I had a female dalmation mix a couple years ago and it's so funny that she had the same mildly stressed, confused expressions as this dog 😂 like not enjoying the experience but quietly enduring a nail clipping while contemplating her existence. She was a good gorl ❤
if I had to guess, she has both Ticking and Dalmatian spotting. It's currently assumed that Dalmatian Spots are a genetic modifier of ticking that must be homozygous to show properly as the traditional Dalmatian coloring, on a piebald base. I haven't a clue about the colouring - if you want to talk greyhounds, I'm your woman! (And greyhound colouring is a law unto itself: you can even tell its likely character by its colour scheme!) But I do remember (a loooong time ago!) when I was young, a neighbour of my grandparents had a Dalmatian called William (that's one thing I do know about them. They require proper names as befits their dignity. Calling such a handsome young man something like "Puppykins" should be a crime!) Freya’s expression: there’s a thing on my head....why is the thing on my head...? I am confusion...
New life goal: to reach the level of chill that this doggo has 😌😇
Her eyes, they’re mesmerizing 🥺❤️
Awww Freya looks like she's thinking " Why my mom and dad leave me with this weirdo who makes me were this stupid hat."
I don’t even have a dog but enjoy these videos so much! I like the little fun facts about the different breeds. Thank you
I love her big black spot on her back. It looks like a saddle.
Considering Corgi’s were once said to be the steeds of fairies… it doesn’t sound like a stretch if other dogs were this too
At first i thought she put on something on her back, what s unique adorable big spot, yes like a saddle.. for horse.
The best dog I ever knew was a Dalmatian-Lab mix. He helped me raise my two kids. He was fearless but gentle. I have a tattoo of him on my forearm to remind me to always be a fearless, gentle father. He passed many years ago and I still miss him.
She’s so darling, and the happy hoodie made her even cuter.
Dalmatians are awesome dogs, so sweet, loyal and high energy. I miss my buddy, he was such a good boy.
Oh my goodness! She’s the chillest Dalmatian ever! I love Freya! 🥰 She definitely deserved that kiss! 🥳
i love these little fire fighter dogs even if she’s mix breed 🥺❤️
Wow I’ve never seen a Dalmatian/American Bulldog mix. The combo of her small spots and large patches are so unique. What a gorgeous girl! 💚
Absolute UNIT! SO ADORABLE!
After 15 years, I still miss my Dalmatian. Wonderful breed.
MY DALMATIAN DANNY DIED EXACTLY THIS DAY A YEAR AGO HE WAS 9 AND A HALF YEARS OLD AND DUE TO KIDNEY AILEMENT WE HAD TO EUTHANISE HIM.....I MISS HIM SO MUCH! @Kharley Kinn my mum dad and my sis we all cried that day and werent able to hold our tears......we cant have another pet because we have fear that we will not be able bear the pain of losing another loving creature again.....
Im so sorry 🥺😭😥
@@guptaprakhar990 i'm sorry honey
RIP Danny. My cat Sweetie passed over 10 years ago and we still talk about her. We haven’t adopted another cat yet because we can’t bear the thought of losing it. Sweetie was so special. She thought she was our mom and protector. She would guard us at night and check on us when she heard movement. Lol. If she was up early and we weren’t, she would quietly leave until she knew we were awake. Smh. What a lovely kitty.
💜
SHE'S SUCH A SWEET LITTLE BABY I'M CRYING
SHES SO GOOD
What a wonderful dog, so gentle ❤️🐶
What a good girl Freya is! She was so calm and very patient.
I guess Freya was the chill puppy of the litter and that’s just carried into her life. Good dog!
1:05 that one moment we have all experienced where all our life's choices pass before our eyes in a matter of seconds.
Oh my goodness, I want to live with this dog.
She might be the most trusting and unbothered dog I've seen on this channel. The one time she looked deeply unsure was when the groomer fully stepped away.
Dalmatians are my favorite breed, my first dog as a kid was one and I have owned 3 of them since. They love to play be given things to do like fetching the newspaper etc. Very loyal dog breed that are really just big teddy bears and very loving, just make sure that they have proper training when they are young and make sure to keep them involved with your family and life because they are very sociable pets and dont like to be alone
My 2 dalmatians love to hug. Amazing dogs and they have awesome personalities
Oh freya. Shes so beautiful. What a great mix. I love her big black spota
You must radiate ”calm and assertive” in a way that the dogs pick up. Thank you sweet girl for sharing this with us!
Her expression during the blowdry just screams “No thoughts, head empty-“
Such a sweet girl! I've had Dalmatians my whole life and they were always nuts.
I’ve seen dozens of these videos but she is absolutely perfect.
I love how you always give out information about the dog breeds you wash and groom! :)
Truly a good girl!!!
My sister had a dalmatian/pit bull mix. She was misnamed as Snowball. Her spots came in later and she too was the biggest sweetheart.
How on Earth is she so darn cute. Her big sad eyes rip my heart out
Contemplating her own existence. This was one of the best lines.
I miss my childhood dog, she was a full blooded Dalmatian and was simply wonderful, lots of health problems but such a good doggo.
I had 3 dalmatians during my life.
Amazing breed and the sweetest….
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Enjoyed this groom as Freda was so calm & accepting...she enjoyed her spa day...amazing 1st visit👏👏👏
I used to own a dalmatian. She was fantastic. One of the best dogs I've ever owned. Very smart and loving.
The happy hoodie never fails to make me giggle. They all look so adorable ❤🥰
With a temperament like that Freya could make a great dog to visit an Old folks home etc. She's very sweet. ❤️🌹
She’s adorable.
I love Freya while she's contemplating her own existence 😘😘😘🤗
The whole time she was thinking…
“Silly lady, as soon as I get home, I’m rolling around in the dirt anyway” haha.
