San Antonio has a superior highway system. Two loops, 410 and 1604 that loop around the city. It has three major highways that run through it: IH-10 which runs East/West and connects Houston and runs into the Texas Hill country and leads to El Paso; 90 also runs E/W and runs to Eagle Pass; IH-35 runs North/South and connects Austin and Laredo. Within San Antonio there is Hwy. 151 and Wurzbach Parkway that help alleviate traffic.
I'm in the Alamo Ranch area since 2017 and believe me it has tripled in size and so has the property value. I'm not an original San Antonian but you'll pull me out of Alamo Ranch area kicking and screaming. I love San Antonio.
I am so happy to see this comment! I feel like Alamo Ranch gets so many hate comments because of the traffic (which is literally everywhere in SA)! But there’s a reason why SO many people live there! Thanks for watching 😊
@@army8212 I''m talking about schools in the 43rd percentile. Cashiers who don't speak English. Drivers who cut you off so close, you didn't know they were signaling until they're in front of you. Getting harassed at HEB, and YOU'RE the one getting kicked out. Religious harassment over a Pagan star on my porch. ZERO herb stores. I mean terragon, lavender, not CBD. High prices at the zoo, aquarium and museums. The rudest, flakiest people I've ever met in my life. That's what I'm talking about. At least Boston admits they paved the cow paths.
There are several areas outside of the city of San Antonio that qualify for USDA. There is a map & address search that we use to determine the areas. I’m happy to answer questions about specific answers for you, feel free to text/call me. 210-236-2393
SA “International” is ghetto AF. The new “Valet Service” took all the short term parking and shakes down travelers. There is no sky lounge in SA INTL. It is like a 3rd World AP.
Don’t move here! San Antonio sucks! The weather here is horrendous!!! The are no seasons here and it’s just kind of ugly. I’ve lived here most of my life and want to leave but the wife refuses.

After 6 years here, I call bullshit. I still use GPS to find my way around.

Must be one of the allegedly Christian Republicans. Who harassed me over my Pagan star, but don't gripe about stars everywhere else.
@@artfuldodger7838 ???? What are you talking about???

This is one of the better overviews of the SA real estate market, nice one.
Thanks so much for that feedback!
Hawk Tuah . This place sucks.
Move toward Boerne. Stone Oak is great. Shavanno Park is also great but pretty expensive.
Yes those are all beautiful areas, and you would definitely pay a premium price to live in them! Thanks for watching! 😊
Great video!!! Definitely gave great insight not mentioned on other channels 😊
Love that, thanks for watching! 😁
Very helpful!
Thanks for watching! 😊
Which areas would be USDA eligible for?

I'm going to guess that you are a Pisces.
Not sure if that’s good or bad…but no, I’m a Leo
Don't, my advice! Used to be a great place, it's been ruined.
I feel the same way about Los Angeles.
IF you have to watch a video to figure out demographics - sad day
You’re talking too fast, need to pause and breathe
Thanks for the feedback!
