Great video. I visited all 4 cities before moving to TX two years ago and opted for a Houston suburb to buy a home as the market was going crazy in 2022. But Dallas is my favorite of all 4 cities as well. Thanks for sharing!
@@VIPRealty you think so? I seen prices in North Dallas and their pretty similar to those in Austin. The only place where I seen deals are in South Dallas or outside of Dallas proper like Plano and Richardson.
I’m in San Antonio but looking to move to Dallas. The diversity is what’s drawing me to North Texas. SA is beautiful, but I don’t like the lack of other cultures here. I need a strong mix of African American, Caucasian, Asian and Latino cultures.
My list order 1. Houston - Fun Night Life n cheaper cost of living compared to Dallas and Austin 2. Dallas - Beautiful homes and new developments in Frisco and night life is nice but it's no Houston. 3. Austin - Expensive and Weirdos 4. San Antonio - Only place you just visit on the weekends. Not an ideal place to live, nightlife sucks 👎🏽n home wise its ok
I can’t live in a city that is not near an ocean. My best 2 cities in Texas are Houston and Corpus Christi. CC is the most underrated city in Texas as no one talks about it.
I'm a transplant. Stayed in San Antonio after leaving the air force where my wife was born and raised and my kids were born. Had I not met her I likely would've ended up in Houston or married to a Puerto Rican woman in L.A. Crazy how chance encounters can alter ones life paths
I've been to DFW, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. But I live in a suburb of San Antonio, literally between Austin and San Antonio. Downtown Austin is 46 miles away and Downtown San Antonio is 37 miles away. When it comes to the skyline, San Antonio has the ugliest. Dallas has the best then probably Houston then. Austin. City overall San Antonio and Austin are extremely hot, but Houston's humidity is just terrible. At least Dallas gets colder than Austin, Houston and San Antonio. But I prefer the suburbs of Austin And the suburbs of San Antonio. But that's just me. But this is a great video.
In my opinion,#1 Austin was simply beautiful, the food, people,Nightlife and the energy.#2 Houston was the most popular. Classic City.# 4 Dallas seems to be very clean. It was ok. San Antonio. Honestly, )San Antonio felt like i was in Mexico, if you know what i mean. There was no diversity at all. Horrible!!)
Like I get you was born && raised in Dallas I really do And I also get tht you’ve grown to love it But the way you use the term (best in the world) so loosely as it pertains to Dallas first off Dallas museum district isn’t even the best in the state or the country so how you hop && skip over tht,To being the best in the world🤣like plz make it make sense And I also noticed in a previous video when you also claimed Dallas skyline was the best in the world, When Tht couldn’t be any further from the truth though I get dallas was named the best skyline back in 2014 but tht was almost 10 years ago And by Elvira Sakmari who was btw the director of nbcdfw and also a native, So of course she would say tht But it doesn’t exactly make it accurate now does it???However the fact tht you have to lie && overexaggerate the pros of Dallas and try and downplay the pros of the other cities only shows tht Dallas isn’t as relevant and significant as you claim it is🤷🏿♂️Cuz I could say it’s a reason all the celebrities is touring, movin, &&opening up restaurants to/In && around Houston James harden, Rick Ross,50 cent, nba young boy, Megan thee stallion, Shaquille O’Neal and just recently drake just to name a few Hell w/ all the artists moving to Houston you would think this was the new && improved#LA #Htown save the best for last💁🏾♂️💁🏾♂️💁🏾♂️
Nobody is lying. No need too. We have offices in both cities. While Houston does have some nice areas, I’d personally pick Dallas over Houston 10 out of 10 times. IMO Houston is going backwards, while Dallas is getting bigger, better and with more to offer. Never mind the crime.
You didn’t go anywhere in SA if you didn’t get any good food. The food down here is the best! Moved here from the West Coast and couldn’t believe how good the food is here.

What do you like better about Dallas? Houston has some great suburbs too.
Love Houston too [Tomball]. Dallas feels more modern and love the downtown skyline.
Great video, Dallas is my favorite of the cities. I like Dallas because of its diverse economy.

GOOD LUCK IDIOT 😂😂😂😂😂 STUPID
Dallas is a great city. But I gotta go with Austin cause of Hill Country!
I love Austin. Landscape is Much Much better than Dallas. However, the cost of living is way higher.
@@VIPRealty you think so? I seen prices in North Dallas and their pretty similar to those in Austin. The only place where I seen deals are in South Dallas or outside of Dallas proper like Plano and Richardson.
@@franand prices can be very high in North Dallas. However, overall housing costs are less in Dallas compared to Austin.

Keep Austin Weird
Houston has a flooding problem and it's very humid in the summer. The traffic is bad as well
Dallas is more business oriented.
100% agree
Dallas, Richardson Plano Murphy
Houston is simply the best.
Houston is a great city with a lot to offer.
Only lives in Houston and Dallas. Born raised see in Houston and Dallas only 3 years. I’m not neither right now but found my preference to be Dallas.
100%
Houston is the best city for culture. No way it’s last.
I have it 3rd on my list.
@@VIPRealtyI live in Austin and Houston should have been #1 for sure.
I totally agree Houston has wayyyy more culture. Dallas n Austin for a certain demographic.
@@piglet7943 I think he may have some bias towards Dallas.
But VIP, you have Dallas as #1, Austin#2, and San Antonio #3
Nah. Houston has a flooding problem. It's very humid during the summer. Traffic is horrible in the city.

Fort Worth.
Thanks for the video!
You bet!
I love my state. Texas is the best state
By far the best state. 👍👍
Thank you for information 🙏
Houston is the best bargain in the entire country. Just do your research and know what areas to settle in.
I like Houston. However, I prefer Dallas and Austin.
You didn't say anything about hurricanes and tornadoes.
You're right. Extreme weather can be a major issue.
Which city would you recommend for bus drivers? Lol. I live in El Paso btw.
I'd say Dallas, Houston or San Antonio.
@@VIPRealty I would lean towards those areas, the economies are booming there.
Dallas
💯💯
Dallas/ ft worth. Not just Dallas.
True. DFW
Houston, San Antonio and Austin are cheaper. Dallas you pay twice as much for housing and utilities.

Idk but I live near Dallas and I HATE IT. There's NOTHING to do here.
It’s a huge city. However outdoor activities during this time of the year aren’t appearing
$30,000 dollar condos?!?! What you talking bout Willis? I think you mean $30K as a down payment 😂😂😂
