This episode was so intense, I literally got chills during this attempted kidnapping scene. Kim without a doubt carried this episode and I loved the bond she forged with the little girl!

It's beautiful how much Kim has matured over the years. From beat cop where she was trying to find herself, to intelligence where Olinski was not sure would make it, to a veteran tough serious officer and a woman who suffered the loss of her own child but through it she's learning even more about herself and Adam as well. It's awesome 👌
Eeyup. Don’t count Kim out; she’s been through some of the worst stuff imaginable.

This episode was beyond incredible. Definitely made us suffer enough, waiting months for this and another 2 weeks for the next but it's so good I can't even complain

Kim Burgess is one tough cop now. She also has strong maternal instincts. Very happy with how her character had developed over the years.
Kim’s character is such an amazing person to save little kids life when she didn’t have to do what you want to do anyways because she knew that it was right. That’s when you know someone is a real police officer is my name take their life for someone else’s

Yes, I feel like they drag this so much! Ruzek is still so in love with her! This episode even hints at the "older couple" style of their relationship. They been through a lot and still are together. I'm with you, can't these writers just make Burzek happen already, without the tragedy of course.
They have grown up so much. If Kim did get pregnant by Adam, they would be able to handle it now 100%

Mannn, this is the best storyline ever. I just hate it makes you too emotionally invested. When Kim and Adam get hurt again, you get scared, and when Makayla gets kidnapped again, you get scared. The only balance is the love they have for Makayla 🥹🥹🥹🥹. She's so cute and has been through so much 😔

This episode in particular is what made me nearly change my mind about not having children, because of this precious- innocent child. McKayla. The unfortunate trauma she witnessed losing her birth parents in that home, only to become an orphan a short time later is a lot for a kid her age to undergo. I’m glad too see her in better straits, now that Kim & Adam became her legal guardians.
