improving my defense helped my passing. keeping people out of those underhook
areas allows effortless guard passing. it's that wall they tell you to make when doing the
knee slide pass, except you know why you're doing it.

Very nice, I went to the 3D Treening very nice academy(Open mats in the sunday, Priit wasn't there), It was a great experience. I am a Brazilian newcomer in Tallinn and soon I will start my trainings over there (I am also black belt), I strong recomend the academy.
Priit is a great teacher. Seems to know a lot about sports instruction in general. His open guard and turtle seminars on "Globetrotters in Action" are both super useful introductions to the defense concepts.
Defense is literally a superpower. Only if they knew the power of Priit in this video.
