I’ve been using it since December. TMI but my waxer was the first to notice the difference and asked if I was using hair vitamins …LOL. This was about a month or two in. I have long hair, but it is fine. I’ve noticed that my hair does seem more full since using and seems to retain more moisture. I am also seeing less gray hairs since I’ve been using it. I didn’t have many to begin with though. Im 45 and I have PCOS.
A couple of things…it doesn’t have Iron, so I take a separate iron supplement. Also, it is not delicious. It’s not terrible but I mix it with carrot juice and Ceylon cinnamon to mask the flavor. 0:00

I've been taking this product for over four months. My hairdresser says my hair is definitely growing, however, she stated it's getting too thick and it actually changed my hair texture slightly.

There’s no such thing as “too thick”. The thicker the healthier, as long as it’s moisturized. Hair dresser might be a hater or someone that is having a hard time doing your hair.

@@neicycombs3533 I was revisiting a recording from a past zoom call, the level of emberassment I felt each time my smoke detector pinged in my background triggered my shame to immediately call the electrician to come and fix it and it set me back almost 300 bucks. ... dude just switched out the battery with a spare one I had in a random device. So here is a possible 300 dollar saver's tip: replace your smoke alarm battery with a 9v battery.
My husband and I just removed ours in our living room & bedroom. We love to use candles and love to cook. I got so sick of the alarm going off, as did he. Yesterday was the final straw. Some people don't replace the battery bc the thing is annoying. 😅

I have been on Mary Ruth liquid vitamin peach flavor for over two months now. I notice fast hair growth in the first 3-4 weeks. My nails and skin look better than they have in a long time. I am 41 yr old and I do have iron deficiency. These vitamins give me a lot of energy as well. I do think it is very expensive but for me well worth it.
I’ve definitely taken hair vitamins that I’ve noticed hair growth in a few weeks and other ppl have commented after a month or so. So speed of hair growth may be different for each person.

I notice less shedding when i take powder collagen in my morning tea, geritol pills, and then lysine and zinc for my immunity. I’m not sure what does what…but that’s my vitamin intake.
Second, i purchased the CER100 treatment and the Marc Anthony bond repair mask and i plan to use every other wash (using a shea moisture or melanin haircare mask on the none bond reps i wash days). Thank u for ur recommendations, excited to share changes with u.

@@May-tai Then this is pointless. They are always finding out that different ingredients have effects in other areas. Also, natural herbs aren’t always “scientifically tested” but if you ask your grandmother, they probably work.
This was actually more informative than if she would’ve tested the product (to me). There are a plethora of videos where people are trying it out, however if most of their hair strands are already in the anagen (growing) phase, you’re automatically gonna see hair growth.
She’s breaking down the marketing so we can use these tips when looking for hair growth supplements. This video was so helpful!!!! I have a page of notes 😭😭😭
I learned that although this product has great vitamins for our overall health so you will see growth, however there are better vitamins and even food for growth. I won’t be buying this. 🤍🙏🏾 but I will be subscribing to her channel lol.

The word with the long name is not used in most vitamin supplements. That is msm. It is a form of sulfur. The other things at the bottom of the Mary Ruth supplement are not found in most supplements either!

I take a lot of vitamins and am very sensitive and in tune with my body when it comes to what I put in it. I took Mary Ruth for a month and it did nothing for me I felt like I was getting less nutrition than I did just taking regular vitamins I even felt weaker then the day after I stopped I felt normal again it was wierd

Like, PLEASE! The fact that I know biotin isn’t extremely harmful to everyone and has research for megadoses to help patients with MS for myelin sheath synthesis and repair. MSM helps hair growth by strengthening the keratin in hair, increasing hair diameter, promotes the conversion of hair from telogen to anagen phase, lengthens anagen phase, etc. BCAAs also have research results for hair growth by boosting potassium ions channels which are core components of hair follicles.

Okay, requesting positive help! Would a dermatologist (alone) be able to diagnose whether or not I have a form of alopecia? Would a blood test (alone) reveal all possible deficiencies or would I have to do further tests for both? After being denied for health insurance, I expect to pay out-of-pocket. I came across everlywell test kits from an article, would that be a better route until I found a way to get approved for health insurance?
Hey my love I can feel the urgency in your tone. I’m sorry to hear what you’re going through but the right derm alone CAN diagnose you with alopecia via a scalp biopsy. There are different blood tests but overall you want to check your hormone panel, regular blood work up for iron and ferritin levels and you want to check your androgens. Your derm can order these for you. I’m sure everlywell is more affordable so I would find out which tests the derm will order for you purchase the kit then have the derm read the results for you. I really hope this help. HerScripts will be offering these services in the near future but I’m positive you want this resolved now. Good luck to you - keep me posted
