If you would like something a bit more flexible I'd suggest using a driver to control either the noise W value, or a coordinates node x or y value and connecting that to the vector input of the noise texture. This way the texture displaces on the static plane as long as you want instead of having to move the plane itself. Keep at it!
it’s an hdri! google free hdri and you’ll see them. also, youtube search for how to apply hdri to scene and there will be tons of resources. good luck!

when i connect principle volume to volume in material output it turns black. help what should i do? i already change the density to 0.500
Disconnect the surface nodes and also try changing the value to 0.01 or 0.001
