- After having seen many people being glad to see Metal Cooler in Dokkan Battle (a game I don't play btw), I decided to come back to this amazing song (probably my favorite from the Dragon Ball movies). On an album called "Dragon Ball · Dragon Ball Z: Songs of a High Spirited Saga" released in Philippines for a difficult to find dub (that I never heard) done before those of FUNimation. There are English versions of 7 songs (2 of them having 2 different versions) all done with re-orchestrated instrumentals slower than the originals.
If you want them in lossless quality, here they are: archive.org/de...
And today, I wanted to put the vocals from the "Movie theme" version of Kimi Ga Hero on the Japanese Instrumental. I would like to say that the main singer (Gino Padilla) with his version of this theme and Cha La Head Cha La has become my favorite Dragon Ball english singer (I don't know about you but he sounds very similar to Hironobu Kageyama) and I have been listening to some of his other songs on RUclips that I recommend if you never listened to them.

RIP Akira Toriyama
Thank you so much for this mash up! I always wondered how this would sound with the original music and this did not disappoint 🎉
I remember listening to this way back 2003-2004 with the old cassette tape. Sounds sentimental but this gave me and my brother will and inspired us, we were having hard times during that time. Thanks Dbz and the angelic voice of Gino Padilla
Damn Nostalgia
You filipinos definitely got a great adaptation of this theme.
Haha at this time and year when this version came out i was probably at my friends house playing a PS1 and watching VHS tapes of DBZ tbh 😆
Wow nice mashup of japanese music and Filipino vocals
