The cameras seem pretty similar. I think the larger sensors in the 7 pro help more with video recording. The price difference is pretty much up to the folding device experience.

This just shows why you should keep the Pixel 7 Pro it you have it. Still think Google did an ok job with their fold though. Great comparison once more!

I like how Google software on both the devices give a similar camera experience despite the difference in the prices. But the Pixel 7 Pro may have a better camera system. Still i also like that the Pixel Fold can also use the rear cams for taking good selfies and videos.

That’s the best thing about the pixel! The camera experience is very similar across their lineup. I’m currently switching some content around. Doing these long form videos do take awhile. Trying out the short comparison with RUclips Shorts so ppl can still see some comparisons between certain phones. I would cherry pick long form comparisons.

I would say in camera quality and abilty the Pixel Fold is much closer to the Pixel 7 Pro than the Galaxy Fold 4 is to the S23U. So that is definetely a win for Google fans.
The P7P does have better camera results than the Pixel Fold but I would not say it is a deal-breaker. Though it is very likely the Pixel 8 Pro will be significantly better so if cameras are a priority then I would wait on the next-gen if you can.
