Just wanna say LL Cool J was amazing in this ep, I couldn't even recognize him in some scenes.
house: "hey you are going to die, let's drink."
convict: "huh okay."
house: "hey this drink will save your life"
convict: "but you got drunk"
house: "who cares, it's win win."
Drunk house is best house.
Prove me wrong.
Can't prove wrong a point that has solid evidence to it ! XD
Drunk House IS best House !
Well, you actually are wrong, as he was never drunk, he was both high and drunk, which is a far superior combination, as he takes proscribed drugs and drowned them in liquor... Therefore, a drunk house is just like drink in itself is, a less superior version of fucked up, so House both drunk and on drugs is the best House...
I dont think amber would agree with u on this one
@@bayabas568 oof
there is also acid house. not sure which is best
One of the only people he gets along with and it's an inmate on death row
I remember when I looked forward to the night House was coming on
YES. MEMORIES. \o/
That thumbnail of LL and Hugh laughing 😂 Such a nice candid shot. I like it.
Can we just all appreciate this is, LL COOL J, and he is beautiful. I loved this episode!!
Need some water?
Ironically, house is actually following ethic codes the most out of the whole team in this episode
What's the name of the episode 😭
@@Bl4ckJade s2e1 acceptance
The real reason why house was always limping is because he has BALLS OF STEEL.

@UCtigGLZZUA6zked65VT1ZUg Hmmm.... you've got a point...uh, mixed alloy maybe if chemically possible?
Are you sure they weren’t fucking tungsten ?
This is an extremely charged episode and I am HERE for it. House doesn't care about your feelings and that's the point.
7:00 "I could've hit that" Drunk House is something else 💀
6:32 “thats a joke right?”
“Do you really think I would really waste my one shot for alcohol just for one more kill before I go?”
There is not enough drunk House in this show
he spent more than 4 hours with a more than lethal dose of methanol in his body. How tf didn't he get blind?
Sometimes some vision can be restored. He would have damage though.
Wouldn’t want him to miss the sights and sounds of ol sparky would we
Methanol takes time to turn into Methanal and then methanoic acid. So the timing makes sense. And since Methanol by itself isn’t very toxic, the timing makes sense. Then by the time it had reacted into methanoic acid, it was able to undergo an esterfication reaction with the Ethanol forming Ethyl Methanoate

I like how he has so much Knowledge and studys like hell to treat a person just to realize a simple fix, And at that he is able to speak to him on his level with very little effort, Creating such a strong bond between doctor and Patient ❤️ House is phenomenal
It's fun watching house do stuff like this, he's like the only man who would go get somebody drunk to cure an issue like this.
Massive respect for keeping this show alive
Foreman sticking him harder in the leg for the stepped out comment gets me everytime lmao
I’m pretty sure foreman would have lost his job on the spot irl if he just stood by a patient going critical.
pretty sure this is a Tv show
It's called malpractice not only most his job but the patient can due the hospital for money ofc this is a death row inmate so te sueing is of chance but still this is just plain stupid
House wouldn’t fire him, and only house knew.
The police may have told him and the other doctors to stand back.
@@NicoleCzarnecki No, that's not what happened. He Stood by and watched the patient code; in fact, he ordered the nurse to leave the room. Not one of Dr. Foreman's finer moments.
I loved this episode. House seems like a great drinking buddy.
1:35 ahh yes, the *thinking man´s* approach to equality. True Chad.
My favourite Foreman line
Was this the one who had killed quite a few people, each for different reasons, then killed someone without any reason and that was a symptom of something? Or am I thinking of a different episode?
killed his cheating wife
This was.
Four murder victims. His wife, which got him in prison. A bully inmate, a nosy prison guard, and another dude apparently just because he could. Turned out he had a tumor in his pituitary gland which secreted an excess of testosterone and adrenaline and it's implied at the end Foreman is going to use that to try to get him out of the death row
Yes. The show hinted at him having some sort of problem with adrenaline secretion, so basically he would have huge shots of adrenaline every once and a while and he would freak out and kill someone.
@@orppranator5230 like the Hulk, minus the green skin.
@@branlopgar the tumor was on his adrenal gland, not his pituitary. a pituitary tumor would've caused fatigue, weight gain, increased appetite, etc. a tumor on his adrenal gland (in this case a pheochromocytoma) caused his adrenal gland to secrete excess adrenaline, which is why he had tachycardia and why he was strong enough to rip the railing off his bed
“I just saved your life”
“At least for now”
Now I’m starting to understand why they took this gem of a show off tv 😂😂😂that had me rolling
They didn't take it off TV, it ran way longer than it needed to and ended on the showrunners' terms, so I'd say that was a success!
Best part LL ever did. Almost make you wanna get to know the man he plays.
It's so dark.
He didn't even have control over the time of his death.
Unbelievable.
Neither did his victims
@@Valeria-tm6ft Two wrongs, yadda yadda. The state should never be trusted with the power to kill people. Corruption is too important a factor, and the US legal system is corrupt from beginning to end. Anyway, there are a number of good reasons why every civilised country on earth (and most of the not-so-civilised ones as well) have done away with capital punishment.
@@austenhead5303 Eye for and eye type of deal is also just not very productive to society. Rather than offing yet another person, we can try to turn them in to productive people that abide by the law. Vast majority of people don't commit crime for the sake of doing it. Take away the cause, and people are generally going to do good. Instead of investing in prisons, it should be put in rehabilitation and education

I always thought LL did a good job in this episode.
So House gets his life threatened by a crazy strong guy. House then saves the life of the guy who wanted to kill him and then they both laugh about it at the ICU unit seconds away from death, they pause to drink whiskey and talk about old times. Hahahahahahhahahahha. Great writing. This show is awesome.
LL Cool J is in da HOUSE!!!
So is no one going to meantion that they're drinking out of the cups used for urine samples?
Yes. But sterility is a major thing in hospital equipment.
Those things would be clean as a whistle.
You could store onion salad in a fresh colostomy bag it’d still be fine.
My dad put dried beans in one of them
Well considering House broke the seals on those cups, and they would be sterile, those sample cups would be cleaner than anything any of us would have in our cupboards
@@rustkarl Well, I now have an idea for the next office party.
Do you seem to think that they are reused? They are completely sterile, and thrown away after.
A guy who has no fear and isn’t right in the mind looking at house like he’s a mad man says a lot and sums this show up pretty nicely
I love how the staff always goes to the patients' home and looks through their environment to find clues for the dis ease
3:26 "Dead man Dying" House's sense of humour :)
Chase wouldn't be going through an inmate's cell unsupervised, nor would he be allowed to have his cellphone with him while in the prison.
Inmate cells never have that much supplies either... I counted at least 4 Ring binder type note books, not to mention the copy toner wouldn't be in his cell.
@@TrumpFanNetwork2 Or shelves, or those bottles.
Nor any doctor actually breaks into people homes or haves these absurd ideas that House does. Because its a show. yes, this was very obvious to everyone.
ITS A SHOW
@@mitchellcooper8103 The grammatically correct spelling is "It's a show," not "ITS A SHOW." The first one means "it is" and the second, the one you used, is the possessive form. If you're going to try and troll someone, you may as well try not to sound like a dunce, Captain Obvious.

I'm surprised nobody posted any "In too Deep" references.... Movie was pretty decent and here they are acting together again
that 7:01 house "meh" gesture was the most human, non TV show character house gesture has ever done
Fun fact: Maritime vessels that carry methanol are by law required to have a flask of alcohol in any form, be it vodka or something else, in the case of methanol poisoning, since "normal" alcohol counteracts it.

even less might realize that he and Omar Epps played in the movie In Too Deep
