If they ask bank statement we can say that when they are given through cash 18k change like that.. please suggest because that 2 years very need to put so please suggest how it will work properly.

I was confused and terrified by few things around me. I came from mechanical engineering background(4 years gap) And i have done different jobs in hotel industry as a front office. And later switched to airlines as a crew. After covid i have changed to US it recruiting as a recruiter for 3 years. Here is my confusion started with the reference of my friends i have started learning Sccm & intune course. Am at a stage of 50% knowledgeable.
I see few people are talking about fake experience from 2018 to 2024. Which is about 5 years fake experience. I really don't how come thats work. And few of them are asking for huge amount to get fake experience letters and creating PF and salary slips. I really don't how thats work in reality. It really scares me to take such decision with huge career gap in IT industry. My question is can i apply as a fresher at the age of 30. And without any experience.
Am requesting someone who can help with their guidance.
Few of fake scammers are telling me to get job in some startup companies. Or keep fake experience and get the job.
