Hi andi naaku almost all 14 yrs carrier break undi...2007 to 10 varaku . I have all documents including PF.. eppudu naa carrier restart chayali ani 2020 nunchi 4+ ki Documents tesukunna but BGV lo form 16 and total yrs bank statements,PF adigaru.naaku 2nd company lo no PF ani chappa Neenu 3rd party payroll lo unna ani they don't have PF process ani chappa IT course chasa calls kuda vastunnai one company lo select ayya. But proper Documents lavu ani offers reject avutunnai ... please advice me

Actually there is genuine experience 2.7 before that can taie fake experience 2 years that too low package like 250000 , if they ask form 16 and pf we can say dont have these are I didnt taken due to low salary. If they ask bank statement we can say that when they are given through cash 18k change like that.. please suggest because that 2 years very need to put so please suggest how it will work properly.

Epfo lo 2 non technical aand 1 technical companies showing, but non technical jobs ki documents lev and last company overlapping with current company, can we just mention present company exp in resume for technical job and will it effect anything as overlaped and documents not have
If they are trying to verify your employment history, It will show, But if you are a mandatory resource for that project, They will not look more on it
Can't we say that the company doesn't exist?
Yes we can. But they simply say sorry it is mandatory for you to provide proof of your previous employment we cant do anything else than this
