I used all purpose flour, it came put so good. My kids loved it!!! I heat up the wet towel in microwave and put the dough to rest, it was ready in 1 1/2 hour . Delicious pizza dough.
I order pizza often because of my work schedule that keeps me running. Most pizza places don't cook it long enough for me, but I don't ask them to cook it longer, so with leftover pizza I put it in a skillet on about medium low temperature for about 12 minutes. I kind of gauge it by when the cheese on top starts to shine. The crust browns nicely and you can pick it up with out the pointed end (that's originally toward the center of the pizza) wimping out on you. It's great. But for a homemade pizza like yours, I like a tomato based sauce with lots of cheese, some onions, green peppers, mushrooms, the pepperoni that curls on the edges during baking, and some mild Italian sausage. YUM!
I just made this pizza. I am eating a piece while I write. It is so good. I also prepare your recipe for pizza for five hours. Both come out great. Thank you. Most important the oven has to be very hot to brown crust and bread flour works the best.

I cook mine in a cast iron skillet. 3 minutes on medium high to get it crusty and finish it off in the convection oven 350 for 8 minutes. It's perfection!

I made this recipe last night after watching your video. I did have to almost double the hydration for my recipe. Could be super dry flour, I guess. But the end result was excellent. It was easy to handle. It did make a nice 14" pizza. 5 Stars!!
My go-to pizza toppings are pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. FWIW, I like to let the pizza rest for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven. I find it easier to slice. And I don't burn the roof of my mouth.
White pizza sauce is like putting flour on your flour. I don't do white sauce on pizza. If you could season the sauce with pizza seasonings maybe then I would do it. My pizza sauce has to have some heat to it. Some of the best sauce I've made started as salsa. My fav tops; olives, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, garlic, spinach, pineapple, mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, provolone, cheddar.

Best flour to use for pizza dough is definitely 00 , not sure how similar it is to bread flour but I get the best results using 00 flour in a bread machine. Total time including proofing is an hour and half . No touchy , touchy.
i’m so freakin’ nervous rn. The pizza is in the oven. While i was preparing the dough my whole family suddenly came over and they told everyone that i was making pizza so i hope i don’t disappoint them 😖😖 i’ll write an update after it’s done 🤞🏽🤞🏽 Omgaaaawdddd they loved it! The only thing was that it ended up sticking to the parchment paper (especially in the center) but they just removed it and it was fine. Also I didn’t even use olive oil (i only had sesame) and surprisingly still turned out great :D To anyone wanting to make a pizza, this is the one 👌🏽
