Appears to be indeed the actuator arm in my case as well, from what I could feel and touch, just behind the solenoid/actuator VW T6.1 Transporter Stuck on Heating / Cooling
@@christopherkeogh5337 mine packed up during a 3 hour drive fine for 2 hours in then as the temp dropped I went to turn the temperature up and it just stayed cold lol
@@azerotha4531 what a nightmare, mine is just out of warranty too 😩 if it is that little solinoid I will just change it myself, doesn't look to difficult
@christopherkeogh5337 I had a look at that there's another bolt on the top of the motor actuator on this T6.1 the steel frame is in the way and looks to need the dash removing to acess the bolt, this still has 15 month left on warranty so VW can fix it lol

is it easy to change the sensor looks like the small white plastic arm has broke swell
@jackbell7193 the dealer changed this one as under warranty so couldn't say how easy it is maybe some one has and can let you know cheers

Not yet it's booked in a vw, but there's an 8-week wait. I should find out next month
Ah ok pal, I just had to do the same and move the arm to cold, was working absolutely fine last weekend, parked it up, and today that issue 😩
