Plo Koon was leading the 442nd Siege Battalion when he was killed on Cato Neimoidia (the clones with the 212th Attack Battalion markings but in green). It's a shame we haven't seen that battle play out in any visual media yet. That being said, Jag, who was the wingman that shot Plo Koon down, wasn't from the 104th Battalion or the 442nd Siege Battalion, he was a captain from the Republic Starfighter Corps (the Republic's naval forces).
0:50 I never noticed before but Warthog is still wearing phase I armour while Wolffe and the other clones have phase II armour. I don't think this happens in any other episode. I like the idea of a transitional period between phase I and II armour. I guess pilots were lower priority for new armour.
