I recently stumbled on what has got to be the smartest, most nutritious, easy-to-make lunch recipe in the whole world. It might just be the world's healthiest salad. It's what functional medicine expert Mark Hyman eats every day for lunch.

I'd prefer Kale, olive oil, hemp hearts, walnuts, nutritional yeast, cabbage, radicchio, tomatoes, sea salt. This is my go to.

I'm starting to change the way I eat and I'm looking for actual healthy salad recipes. So far the ones I've seen they add too much to it and it becomes unhealthy because they add bacon and ranch dressing and stuff and it takes away from being a salad 🤣 but this is actually healthy

Sounds great, but canned salmon doesn’t work for me. Will up the eggs.
You can also add tuna, but it won't have the omega-3 fatty acids of course. It will make sure you get your protein though!
Maybe use a splash of olive oil instead to get the healthy fats.
Νot so healthy with canned salmon and dressing...

@@tnation Ahhh, not so much with the dressing. Most are soybean oil or other deadly poison seed oils. I give canola oil a pass as well. I make my own with olive or avocado oil. Creamy dressings are easy with the addition of sour cream and/or cream cheese but those are infrequent for me, kind of a treat.
Everything but the eggs and dressing.
