I bloat from prunes….the sulfites are not good for my gut . Too much gas But they are a good laxative

Some people say fresh, ripe pear could do the trick. They even warn don't eat too much pear a day. 😀
I used to eat pear before, but don't remember how it worked.
Now, I eat max 5 pitted prune a day
Edit: I used to eat pears 🍐 before; but I ate green pears. I liked when it was still crunchy
I have one question....... I read some article on Google which said that drinking raw and washed spinach juice (by grinding it in mixer) causes kidney stone. Is it true? Please reply soon
I have been drinking other vegetables juiced a very long time on rotation with other vegetables. Only if you are prone to kidney stones should that be of concern. Spinach is high in oxalate. Kale would be a nice second choice if you are worried.
