Generous amount of Salt & Pepper
2-3 Tsp Lamb Rub
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Oregano
2x Carrots chopped & sliced
1x Onions Roughly chopped
A few sticks Celery
Fresh Rosemary & Thyme
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Cups Beef Stork
Approximately 6 Cups of Hot water
