When I watch this, I'm reminded of that scene in the Royal Tenenbaums when Luke Wilson's character Richie loses his competitive spirit in tennis. He just starts pacing the court, not even trying, then eventually just sits down and refuses to play. Hilarious in the movie, not so funny though in real life for McGrady and the Rockets.

It's not a lazy eye. What TMAC has is called "strabismus". A lazy eye is when you have poor vision in an otherwise normal, healthy eye. Strabismus is when there's a muscle imbalance in one eye, causing it to drift when using to the other eye to focus.

If Durant/Kobe/Lebron/Gay/Melo/Griffin/Rondo or anybody else (other than Rose who is in the same situation) would have stayed at half court the team would at least know how to score a point. T-Mac is the most selfish player in NBA history period. He has given up and proven he can never be a team player no matter where he plays. The man has tremendous talent but I would rather have 12 guys on my team who play like Reggie Evans, then to have to deal with one T-Slack.
