- Hello my loves, I needed to get away from the city once my Masters Semester ended. I was feeling so exhausted and in desperate need of time to ground in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town. I decided to take myself on a solo road trip to my favourite place in the world, a small Karoo town that I have been going to since I was a baby. My parents own the house where I was staying and it was so lovely to be reunited with the Karoo.

Once when l was in Graaff Reinet my little dog “Sandy” went on a walkabout, she was very old and although l looked for her for hours l never found her, l’ve missed her ever since - your little cream coloured dog reminds me so much of her!
