I’m 15, studying drama and got a play in 4 days in a group of 4 and we’ve had a month to prepare to make a 10 minute piece and it’s my first proper piece of acting. Even though I’ve got my part set and I’ve done it over and over again I’m still super nervous. I’ve told myself and my group that we have to feel comfortable and risk being ‘cringey’ in front of all the people because it will look better than if we try not to embarrass ourselves and we don’t take the risk. I went from mumbling my lines to being much happier with my work and I’m hoping it goes well on the day, I’ll try to update this comment in a few days...
