It's hard as we age. People get tossed aside because they cannot remember stuff we feel is important for them to know. It is also sad when a difficult decision needs to be made for a person who suffers periods of dementia; you don't want to be disrespectful of their past experiences, but you also cannot let them continue to wade into water over their heads. Respect to Ms. #Feinstein, may she be 'lucid' enough to understand her limitations. 🙏
