  • In this video I'll show you how I made an awesome looking STAR WARS Millennium Falcon Diorama complete with lighting effects. I've had this Revlle kit for a while and decided I wanted to put it to good use and recreate a scene from The Force Awakens!

    Nice paint process. "Star Wars inspired transition" indeed. Not old enough to remember Flash Gordon, are you?

      Thanks! Well, my first experience seeing Star Wars was after I received the special editions box set for my 5th birthday, so I'll let you do the math 😅

    Wonderful job. Some highlights of the process for me: the severe under shadowing you did at the start. So scary at first and so worth it in the end! Also, seeing you work through the cliff face but redoing it a few times is so validating bc I feel like my builds fly by the seats of their pants sometimes! Cheers, sir

    Really nice piece. Well done!
    Why plaster of Paris on the side and Sculptamold on the top? Why not use one or the other all over?

    • @CTDioramas
      @CTDioramas  Год назад +1

      Hey, Thanks! I used plaster for the rock face mainly because I needed to carve it, plus it tends to take paint better than Sculptamold. I used Sculptamold over the top surface because it's way easier to smooth out and gives a more natural shape to the landscape. Hope this helps! 👍
