Love the 1 bedroom! I don't usually like studios, but I stayed in one with a layout similar to the one in this video for a month and didn't mind it all. If nothing else, it could be a great starting point for life in Thailand/Pattaya area while you decide where you want to settle in.

Very nice complex I'm impressed! That 1 bedroom is almost exactly what I am looking for ... except was hoping for lesser lease price heh heh. Probably mission impossible in Cozy Beach area. The studio is decent too for the price. Would it be possible to live in this area without having a motorbike or car (just rely on Bolt/Grab or baht bus)? 20+ minute walk to Thappraya Rd or 3rd road could be daunting especially with the hills. Just wondering if there are enough stores within walking distance (grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc) to be able to be self sufficient without needing to use rideshare all of the time?

When I relocate to Thailand next year I will reach out to Manu to see what is available in the 15k - 22k/mo range in the Pratumnak / Cosy Beach area as that is where I think I will enjoy the best. Peace & quiet but not too far away from the party whenever I feel like it.

You could walk in to Jomtien Beach Penthouses from my video the other day and talk to Alan the manager, mention you saw the video on RUclips and he might look after you or TJ Hotel further down Jomtien

You can always make an offer and you could definitely live there without a car/bike, heaps of places to eat, 7-11’s markets etc 👍👍👍
