- Vancouver's Bar Watch Association is doubling the penalties for groping. As Kate Walker reports, the move comes after the group says it saw an increase last year in the number of reported groping incidents.
Serious consequences can't go to bars? How about jail.?

The fact that bars are proactively reporting the criminal act to police, as well as taking initiative to assist police in charging the abusers is great allyship.
