Greetings, The Joy of Trucking. Great video and very gorgeous scenery. I see those mountains and rock formations and think, I wonder if there could be dinosaur fossils underneath some of those layers of rock? Just think about it, we could be traveling on a road and there could be a T-Rex fossil underneath you or your house even. Safe Travels you two.
Haha diesel engine sound purists I love it ! Great views ! That’s one of my favorite areas to explore!! See you on the road soon. Just got my CDL Class A and start with a company July 10th, I’ll be looking for you guys on the road :)
Looks nice and exiting... beautiful mountains.... If you go to Europe.... go the highway between Genoa and Livorno... Italy... 'one feel like driving on the ocean😀
@renelioeanjie1485 used to be in the good old days the states put signs out on the mountains don't see but a couple of states that do still Emergency flashers are for Emergency think about it they are not for going uphill or downhill What enters your mind when you see flashers in the thick fog? You think car or truck is in Emergency lane That is why the state I live in has big signs that say Use your lights not your flashers I grew up in the day when truck drivers didn't use thier flashers for every little thing it's a bad habit
They didn’t teach it at school. Kevin read somewhere that if you’re climbing a hill slower than 45mph you should use them. But most importantly follow signage. Some places say not to use them, example in sand storms. In this case sign said to use them. Kevin uses the flashers if he is coming to a traffic jam that requires him to stop suddenly. Hope that helps.
@TheJoyofTrucking I just read the rules they changed them you go to the top of wiper blade and you measure 8.5 inches down that is the lowest you can .out it an not in line with your sight
I got a question for you guys. Do you know if a new Driver (new with Crete) can get hired straight into a Dedicated Account or do you have to drive OTR for a certain amount of time first??
No otr required to go to a dedicated account with Crete just ask a recruiter usually what’s available in your state or what you pick out is what you will go to

Does Crete has a Western regional rute?
Best thing is to call recruiting to see what they have out of your area. 1-800-998-2221
We know the have some regionals and dedicated accounts.
Did school teach you to use your flashers and if they did be kind enough to tell me at what speed
Anty time under 50
@renelioeanjie1485 really the state I live in says do not use them on big electronic boards
@renelioeanjie1485 used to be in the good old days the states put signs out on the mountains don't see but a couple of states that do still Emergency flashers are for Emergency think about it they are not for going uphill or downhill What enters your mind when you see flashers in the thick fog? @@timcrawford5882 We’ve not seen signs like that except for sandstorm area. What state are you referring to?
Ck out fmcsa rules for were to put your garmen please
🤔🤔🤔We did in the past. Seems to us we are good. Are you referring to anything specific?
@TheJoyofTrucking I just read the rules they changed them you go to the top of wiper blade and you measure 8.5 inches down that is the lowest you can .out it an not in line with your sight
Top of were blade sweeps windshield come down 8.5 used to be 4 they gave you more room at top of windshield not at bottom
Is keyin the only driver or do you drive
Kevin is the driver. I am The RUclipsr, among other things. 😉😆😃
I got a question for you guys. Do you know if a new Driver (new with Crete) can get hired straight into a Dedicated Account or do you have to drive OTR for a certain amount of time first??
Hey Jeremy
No otr required to go to a dedicated account with Crete just ask a recruiter usually what’s available in your state or what you pick out is what you will go to
