CBF is solely depends on your mouse polling rate, which is usually 1000hz, meaning you'd be playing at 1000fps And i dont think it should be counted as cheating when it only increases the precision of your clicks, making the game feel more responsive for low end devices, and most top players have a higher refresh rate for their monitors when the majority has 60
i disagree on it being considered cheating having a framerate limit on a timing based game is pretty stupid, and removing that won't change the eventual skill cap people can reach. because let's be real here, nobody is doing 8000 fps frame perfects.

Download geode (if it says its a virus just start it since its not a virus) then set geode up (you can look up a tutorial) then go to mods and download "Click between frames"
I think its not cheating because it makes the game more accessible to people with low frame rates and it would be even more if robtop ever add it wich i think he should
Currently with this mod you can do a 240fps frame perfect on 1 fps but i didnt do that since it would take too long

@@LeonarDrackGD Test out if a 60hz frame perfect is possible on 5 fps. On higher framerates you dont notice it that much
