There is an option in the advanced follow trigger that automatically follows the target’s angle, so the wave could be more precise

use teleport trigger loops if you wanna make custom gamemodes, ive made many gamemodes. Teleport loops are SO much better then pushing the player with blocks.

yo i made a swing on platformer mode and i didn't know how to make the wave, this looks amazing
0:35 I seen it right now, you just made a jump onto the grid line perfectly somehow.
The huge problem with often and free switch to vertical gameplay is what your route will always have slightly different length (unless you switch in exactly the same points), so the song goes more offsync the further you play.

could have saved so much time making the accurate icon + trail by just taking my platformer wave or platformer wave 65 obj level but its not popular enough :(
you can actually enter platformer wave and swingcopter with a glitch
first you have to be in the editor, on classic mode, place a wave/swing portal.
Then press play, and walk into it.
then pause it, and switch it to platformer
But he needed it for the actual gameplay

You can recreate the swing just with the ball, a move trigger and 2 blocks

I always thought the platformer wave could work like the P-balloon from super mario maker.
the sink is not the best but the consept is good, just like the ball played around with the gravity swich, your gamemode plays with the new arrow trigger. it would just need unique visual
