I appreciate your video. I am from the USA. I am an AA woman, who is looking to travel to MX for the 1st time. Yaay me! I want to travel on a budget. I love your channel, learning alot from your channel. Thank You! new SUB!
I am really curious as to how one becomes a digital nomad. I’ve been extremely interested in possibly moving to Mexico in the near future and have always been interested in working remotely or freelancing. Any advice?
I would find a job first. Maybe moonlight with your current job until you have it for sure. I know there are some websites for it but don’t know of any specific ones.
Cancun has bigger beaches and clearer water. Most of it is near the hotel zone but it’s a quick bus ride from most parts of Cancun. PDC does have more residential areas close to the beach though. A little give and take
It’s fairly easy. You have 2 options. Take a cab that can be $40-80 USD or you can take a colectivo van which is only 45 pesos. Just a matter of personal preference.
I'm seeing hotels either all-inclusive or not that are 6 miles from Cancun. Is that pretty much normal? No need to worry about getting back and forth to the airport?
How would you assess the issue of weather, heat, humidity, and about the smelly seaweed on the beach and water?? What about retired people? Do they live in the Downtown area of Cancun?
we will come 1st time to the Mexico in January 2022 and we would like to relax but also try local traditional food and visit 1-2 places with amazing nature ... so Cancun or Playa del Carmen ? ;) Gracias :)
I am hoping we can get residency in Mexico. We are getting our passports and then hope to get the consulate appointment and move in the next 2 to 3 years at the latest
@Cancun Vacation Secrets we want this to be the last majorly move ever. So I figured we would just do it. Do the consolate.consulate.. head down and get a place, then up to get out things moved. We will sell almost everything...
@Cancun Vacation Secrets we are going to have someone with is to do all the forms and act as an interpreter. Learning Spanish now but I doubt I would be fluent by then.
Where are you from? That face of yours is sooooo handsome. How about the sand and the rocks and the seaweed - where can I find sand beaches without seaweed in January/February?

The neighborhood of Playacar in Playa del Carmen has the best beaches in Playa.
yes, and less people too!
Is the ocean water clearer and more of that nice turquoise in Cancun or Playa Del Carmen/Riveria Maya?

Which is best during the rainy season, in September?
Playa del Carmen near 5th avenue. Doesn’t flood and internet/power doesn’t go out as often.
How easy is it to travel between Playacar and Cancun. And from Playacar to Tulum?

Do you see a lot of people that have moved to Playa Del carmen from other countries and end up moving there permanently?
Every day. People from all over the world
nice video bro
Thank you. I appreciate that.

I have a 5 year old and 7 year what do you recommend? We’re going on December
I feel Mexico has become more family friendly overall. Did you guys end up coming?
I want very nice clean beach vide. Going in November
Hi, what’s the seaweed situation in Playa and Tulum at the moment? I arrive in Playa next weekend.
I haven’t been to those beaches in the last few weeks but the entire region is pretty’s clear now from what I’ve heard.
How would you assess the issue of weather, heat, humidity, and about the smelly seaweed on the beach and water?? What about retired people? Do they live in the Downtown area of Cancun?
There are more and more retired people moving to Cancun
@@cancunvacationsecrets How about the other issues i mentioned? How about the spread of the cartel cancer?

I feel Playa is more laid back and you can relax and walk to almost anything. Cancun is a little more spread out and city-like

That’s awesome. I have been here 1.5 years and I love it. I haven’t went through the residency paperwork yet though

@@sdrockrgirl nice, I heard it is pretty easy if you can read in Spanish. Otherwise I have heard it's better to get a lawyer

Best cost of rentals long term ? Looking to make a permanent mood
I would say Cancun has a greater variety and prices. Playa is a very close second.
@Cancun Vacation Secrets thank you!!! Also are there any sites that are good to start looking while I am still here in the 🇺🇸?
@@sdrockrgirl i used Facebook marketplace. Just change your location and look for rentals.
@@cancunvacationsecrets thank you!!!!

I am here from Mexico. Seaweed can vary from beach to beach but they are cleaned regularly
Do you recommend renting a car?
Only if you plan on traveling around a lot. Otherwise it’s better to just use busses and tours to get the most of your money.
