Got so many guitars i forgot about the HB SC 550. Picked it up and man its still heavy but so is the sound. Perfect for Rock and sounds Les Paul like....it realy does.... Your solos sound Perfect to me...well done

Thank you! I used a Canon 5D Mark 2. Im also using a 105mm F4 canon lens but F4 is too high for low light video like this so F1.4 would be better :)

1:00 slide to? I'm practicing this solo but I don't understand that part of the solo
Slide to 16 fret on G string and then 15 fret on strings B and E and then 15 fret again on B string. I hope this helps :)

They are the stock pickups that come with the SC550. Roswell LAF Alnico-5 Humbuckers
How did you get that tone
I don't remember the exact settings but effects used are in the description. I did some EQing in post aswell I should add :)

How do you get the last note to ring into the higher octave overtone?
It's the guitar starting to feedback. Sometimes you can hit a note right and with the right amount of distorision/OD.

I see you said, you did a slight tube screamer built in the katana. Where is that at on the amp
The Katana 50 is a great amp with lots of features but the Katana 50 Mark 2 is much more versatile (No experience with the new Gen 3 Katana's so cant comment on that). You need to download the katana software on a computer and you can switch the default effects onto the amp.
