  • The nitric oxide dump exercise routine is one of the best exercises for high blood pressure control. But how do you get the best out of your nitric oxide dump exercise?
    This video refines the nitric oxide dump exercise routine so you can get the best out of it. If you want to get the benefits of the nitric oxide dump exercise, then you should watch this presentation.
    Your body will normally synthesize nitric oxide from citrulline and arginine naturally. The nitric oxide gets stored in the lining of your blood vessel. Doing this nitric oxde blowout routine will release the nitric oxide molecule into your circulation.
    Nitric oxide relaxes the blood vessels. That's how you control blood pressure with nitric oxide dump exercise routine. It's arguably the best exercise for high blood pressure.

    It goes without saying. Always be sure you can undertake any exercise routine before commencing any exercise regime. You may need to consult your personal doctor for confirmation of your suitability before starting this exercise routine.

    Thankyou Dr Joe, your instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Whenever I go to the doctor, which I recently did, my BP is usually elevated, however this was the first time it wasn’t. Even my doctor was surprised. The only change I’ve made to my lifestyle is to include these exercises. I’m 66 with a bad knee and find these exercises easy enough to do whilst giving me a good workout… and I don’t end up dripping with perspiration which is a bonus! “THANK YOU” again.🙂🇦🇺

    I’m 65 and my BP has always been on the low side of normal until seven months ago. I discovered a potassium deficiency and increasing my potassium intake resolved some of the issues I had been experiencing but had minimal effect on my BP. I discovered your earlier video a few days ago and started the exercises. Until it becomes a habit, I’ve scheduled alerts at 7:00 AM, noon, and 5:00 PM to remind me. I’m starting at five reps and my muscles are burning after the first set but I feel better after completing the third set. It’s only been three days but I do find it getting slightly easier and hope to increase to ten reps soon. I have noticed a decrease in my BP measurement that I take each morning. That is additional motivation to keep up with these exercises.

    • @drjoetvMD
      @drjoetvMD  4 года назад +2

      Yes, but at the same time, you do not want them to slacken standards too because they won't get their heart rate to rise and won't release the necessary nitric oxide when they cut corners

    I have now been doing this exercise for few weeks and feel that I have to give you my opinion.
    When I originally saw your demo on RUclips, I Said to myself that this is going to be a walk in the park, peace of cake.
    It's far from that. In fact I had to tone it down a bit. I started of doing 20 times each 4 exercises with 3 reps, three times a day. After day two, my muscles started complaining and I just couldn't carry on. So, after recovering (about a week) I started again, but this time doing the exercises just 5 times with 3 reps and 3 times a day. After each week, I increased it by one. Now I am doing 10 times each exercises with 3 reps and 3 times a week.
    Very soon, I feel that the time will come when my muscles will start complaining again.
    This is great going for a (soon to be) 68 year old.
    Just felt like sharing my journey with you

    • @drjoetvMD
      @drjoetvMD  5 лет назад

      Thank you Suresh for your feedback. I can see you're doing your best to keep up with the routine. I know most people initially see me do the exercises in the video and they also reach that conclusion that it's going to be a 'piece of cake', until they start it and that's when the penny drops. They suddenly realize how challenging it can be. That's one beauty of it. Challenge yourself in 4 minutes and you're done. The secret to getting rid of the muscle soreness is consistency. If you stop for even a week and start again, then it will be like you're starting all over again. You'll become sore all over again. But if you persist, the soreness will disappear within 7 days and it will never hunt you again. Unless you stop for a week of course.
      The point I am making is; the key to avoiding the soreness is to do it everyday and not stop for more than a day or two. But like I always say as far as the reps are concerned, start small and build up even if it takes you weeks to get there. No rush.

    Circular arm swings, I call them windmills I do 39, than I do 10 to 20 Deep breathe-in for 4 seconds hold. As I'm walking. Then let out. This will increase your walk with a boost of energy. I do 4 sets of 10 squats for early morning and the same late evening. BP 121/76.

    Brilliant update thanks! But what about the knee friendly alternative please😉. Also, what heart pulse should we be achieving straight after the exercises. I assume this is relevant in getting the NO dump to take place? Maybe another update in the future?

    • @drjoetvMD
      @drjoetvMD  5 лет назад +1

      Alison, if you want to monitor your heart rate during the routine, you can by wearing a relevant device. However, I guarantee you will get your heart rate well up there, if you do it correctly. That's where, the concept of the speed comes in. If you do it fast, then you don't need to worry about reaching the required heart rate for an effective exercise routine. As for joint problems, I shall publish that video later this week. Don't you worry.

    Dr Joe, thanks for this video and the earlier one. Have been doing the routines for the last 6 weeks or so (20 reps of each routine, 3 sets, thrice daily). My question is - is the order of the routines important? Does it have to be 1. Squat 2. Circular arm rotation 3. Static march 4. Shoulder press. Or, can it be in any order? Thanks.

    • @drjoetvMD
      @drjoetvMD  2 года назад +1

    Dr. Joe, I have changed my diet to a more plant based, low fat, high carb and eliminating meat in an effort to reduce my BP and get off of the two meds I'm taking. I also exercise 6 days a week for 30 minutes and will add your Nitric Dump to my routine. I first read and saw this on Dr. Mercola's website. Thank you for these exercises and the Herbal Teas. Also, do you have any recommendations for frequent urination? I can't seem to pass a rest room without a pee break and I'm up two or three times a night which interferes with my sleep. Thanks for your support.

    Hi Dr Joe.
    Talking about other exercise, static cycling for example. Is it to be done before or after the breakfast? Thank you in advance for your kind reply.

    • @drjoetvMD
      @drjoetvMD  4 года назад

      The best time to exercise is just before a meal because you sensitize your muscles up to take up glucose and nutrients from the circulation having been subjected to intense physical activity.
      But for someone with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, a low impact exercise after a meal is not a bad idea too because that helps to lower blood sugar levels quicker than without exercise. The only downside to exercise after a meal is; you need to be cardiovascularly fit to do that as a lot of people's heart can't handle that amount of workload following a meal.
